I like the theme a lot but I´m having a lot of trouble with it.
1. I can not sign in in envato. I enter everything and the following message apears: The provided username/purchase code is invalid. (I´m copying the purchase code so it is impossible that it´s wrong) I don´t know what else to do.
2. I needed envatos support because I´m trying to personalize the headers and Im having two different problems: first: In the “content block pages” there is no visual composer button like in the regular pages. second: when adding “media galleries” in the pages and customizing the options I have no option to enter any kind of text.
I need urgent help

Uncode demos looks great. Am half sold on buying uncode. Before I buy the theme, could you pls respond to these two basic (but important for me) queries -
1. Your slogan – What is meant by “pixel perfect”? Could you point me towards an example of “attention to detail” ...
2. How exactly are your demos different from other multipurpose theme demos from a design perspective?
I really like the fact that you have a design studio background. Pls keep up the good work.

we have worked very very hard to deliver layouts with ‘pixel perfections’. If you surf around the demo site you will never see imperfections (eiterh big or small) in the layouts like you might noticed on other templates. think about purchasing your theme. Mainly because of the content blocks (great concept!). I’ve got a question though:
When using with content block headers for categories and tag pages, is there a VC addon that gets the category and tag descriptions from Wordpress’ database? Or does one have to create an individual content block header for every category and tag?

yes you can link the tiles to any link you want using the custom link option. If you create categories which are connected with different works, sure you can have multiple portfolios with it’s own filters.
Hello undsgn! I really like this theme but I do have a question before I decide to buy or not: Am i allowed to use this theme (after purchase) on 2 sub-domains of the same website? With a different concept for each? For example one concept on site.com and a different concept on blog.site.com. Thanks!

as far as I know, if the sites are 2 completely different concepts you need 2 licenses even if you use sub domains.
It’s always best anyway to ask directly Envato for this since they are making the policies.

Pre Sale Question: This them is beautiful. When on desktop in the classic Landing demo, in the “Awesome Features” section, there are six items (3 on left of phone and 3 on right of phone). However when I view it on mobile, 3 of the items disappear. Why is that? why wouldn’t all 6 just stack on mobile? I would like to know this because if I’m designing the site, I need to know whats visible on desktop only. If I want to display features for a particular product, its important mobile views can see All features and not just some. Can you you help clarify before my purchase?

Thanks for your interest. With Uncode you have the possibility to hide and show elements for either mobile, tablet and desktop viewport. You can also have more control in the tablet viewport where you can chose custom width for each column. Our grid system it’s very advanced and I believe one of the most powerful in themeforest.

What type of portability does Uncode offer? Would the content be locked down to Uncode type shortcodes or is there a safe fallback for the content created e.g. if I switched back to the TwentySixteen theme?

Hi wonderment and sorry for delay! Maybe I don’t understand the request but when you build contents with advanced featured native of a theme or native of a page builder these feature will be available on this theme only cause are generated by proprietary shortcodes. You cannot expect an advanced solution created with a theme module and Visual Composer will be available also in the default WordPress theme. For example I have seen dozen of users that have switched to Uncode from other top seller themes but you need to adjust your contents (just consider other themes use other page builders). I have downloaded two licences for this theme, i have had few issues but since the release of the new upgrade most of the initial problems have been solved. It is a beautiful theme, you can get really creative. BUT, for me the most important element of support is excellent. They are very helpful and respond to your inquiries very good. This feature is actually one of the most requested and it’s just ready in our development stage, unfortunately we cannot give public deadline cause this will be shipped also with other udpates but you can expect to see a native related post (with all the layouts and variations you see in Uncode) pretty soon!
