Hello! Very nice work! Just one thing: slider images are not showing popperly on iPad. You can have a look at it on nosolomaderadr.com, using the password Nosolomadera00. I used the same image dimensions as the ones used in your demos but still doesn’t work. How can i fix this? Thank you very much!
Hello and thanks for getting in touch. Happy to help. When I look on paid the image looks great. How do you wish it to show? In portrait mode the image is cropped to fill the space correctly. If you would like the image to auto resize or to fit, then you may need to use the bundled version of Master Slider Pro. We include this for free.

Looks like this can be a wonderful fit. I have multiple properties in the city, and would like to have them listed. They are also listed on OTA (such as Airbnb, TripAdvisor, Booking.com). I currently have channel manager that syncs these calendars – does this support iCal sync?

?Hello, i update my theme for use the new google maps api, i already have my api saved in bellevue options but the map still not appearing on my site (http://www.ecoenlace.mx/contact/?) my console log has one google maps api error and two warnings (attatched screenshots). Is there anything i missing? I have version 1.6.5, i tried to open a ticket with screenshots but i cant open a ticket because my support code has expired?.

WooCommerce handles all the payment transactions so those plugins will work directly with WooCommerce.

Hi support, I have this issue using forms: I can’t insert different forms for different languages. In the italian language homepage I need a form, in the English homepage I need another form, but I can’t get it. I also tried with contact form 7 and it doesn’t work as well. I always get the same form in all languages. Thanks for your help

Hi, i am trying to put a google map shortcode but I always end up with this message: Geocode was not successful for the following reason: REQUEST_DENIED. I am running latest version and all plugins are installed.
Thanks for posting. We are aware of this issue. Google Maps API has recently change their policy and they now require a API key for Google Maps to function. We are working to resolve. You can still embed their maps without using our meta box or shortcode. https://www.embed-map.com/ Cheers!
Pre-Sales Question: I am confused as to how we will accept and manage payments on this site. Does this theme have the ability for guests to add rooms and packages to their cart and then checkout and pay all within this theme? Or do i need to purchase a third party option like Woocommerce Bookings?
HI and thanks for the questions. The booking calendar accepts booking requests (date arriving / date departing / and any other information you wish to add using the form builder). Then the booking calendar passes the number of days booked off to WooCommerce and you supply the product ID to the calendar so it knows how much to charge. At that time the customer uses the add to cart button to add the days to their order. You can use WooCommerce to allow them to add other products on to their order.
The booking system is bundled but if you feel that you would like to use WooCommerce Bookings then you can do that as well.

We would buy this item after 40 days without support by Verga Theme for this theme (http://themeforest.net/item/hotel-magnolia-wordpress-theme/15194088) and it was a terrible experience because in that theme nothing works! We chose it because we don’t need the booking, but only a request form in homepage where customer leaves his name and number, choose dates, number of guest and children and send his request.
We saw in your demo (http://demo.themovation.com/bellevue/hotel/) that there is a similar form in one of two slides.
Is it possible to edit this form for our purpose in a simple way or we’ll need to pay an extra to make this change?

Dear support , i´m having the following issues with this new recently purchased theme:
1. I can´t configure the booking process, i mean , the only thing i´m getting is just the message ” Your form as been submitted” i want the user to go to the check out process of the room booking that he/she made.
2. Where can i add + products or extras to the rooms using check boxes like you did on the demo? (i´m applying the concept of guest house using the room page) and make the user pay for it? e.g: “Motor bike, boat… etc…)
3. How can i configure season prices? i mean a booking system without seasonal prices is a little bit of a useless.. i need to have the same expected functionalities as a “normal” booking site for instance:
price of X from 1 to 30 June price of y from 1 to 31 September..
When the user is booking for diference dates, prices should be expected to change..

Any time I enter any address into the map field I get, Geocode was not successful for the following reason: REQUEST_DENIED. How can I fix this?
Hello and thanks for contacting us. I don’t think I’ve ever seen this error message before. Is this a javascript error or something showing up on your screen? Backend error message I’m assuming?

No it’s not a javascript error, at least not the browser pop up variety. It just says that error message instead of the map on the contact page. I tried entering various addresses that I know are on Google Maps in the format that was preselected and no better results. I have tried using a different browser and still nothing. I did notice that when I click Find address button under the map in admin section nothing happens. If you can send me your support email address I can send you a screenshot. I did some googling and found few articles talking about outdated API for maps, but I don’t know enough about it to figure out what it is and how it can be fixed.

Whole playing with it I noticed one thing. If I type in New York City, or Atlanta, GA it does find it and it works. But if I try typing in the street address it does not. I wonder if there is a specific format I should be typing it in. Also this also works only for large metro areas. Addresses that I tried are valid and they show up on maps.google.com.Before I set up an access for you and submit the ticket I have another question. Is it possible to enter coordinates Long, Lat and if so in what format? That may work if you can give me the format.

Hello, it includes the booking system and it’s own met box builder. It does not include Visual Composure. I’ve seen some people use VC with it but we have not created any styles for VC. Having said that, you can recreate anything you see in the demos and also your own layouts using the meta box builder.
It also includes the pro version of Master Slider. Cheers!
