My website works on my PC, but not more on smatphone. It has always worked on smartphon, but not anymore. All my wordpress websites works on a smartphone, except the Avada website. I do not want to pay every year for answering these questions. The website should always work like all the other sites I have.
Would you please help me. I didn’t change anything, do you know why it does not working on smatphone?

What do you mean by its not “working” on smartphones? Our theme is 100% responsive and works on all mobile as well as tablets and there should be no issues with it. Please try and disable all your 3rd party plugins and custom CSS for once and check again for us.

Hi,
I found a feature missing in options panel. Theres no way to remove shadow from sticky header, the class is added by javascript and theres no option to remove it.
BTW, i remove the lines that add the class in main.min.js.
Please, think about this to add to next update, it’s important.

The majority of the colors can actually be changed just by changing the primary color value from Theme Options > Colors > Primary Color

We like to keep our customers informed and up to date about what is going on internally and when they can expect it. At the same time, the nature of development can change at the drop of a hat.
So while we think it may be done in xx amount of days, it could take longer or shorter. Currently our estimated release date for Avada 5.0 is the middle of August, but this could be a week or two off.
We do everything in our power to ensure a solid release, and that takes multiple rounds of beta testing.

Remove Thumbnail Settings (Version 4.0.3)
I have remove Thumbnails in class-avada-init.php
but when i regenerate thumbnilas i have a lot of images size for example image-600×438.jpg 400×292.jpg
but i can’t find the settings to this image size
also not in the functions.php
Where can i remove this thumnails settings?

After removing the sizes from the class-avada-init.php file you have to run “Force Regenerate thumbnails” plugin and not only “regenerate thumbnail plugins” actually, the forced version will make sure any other thumbnail that was created earlier is removed.

i don’t know where these settings for the image size
i have search with phpmyadmin the sizes and the whole wp files for text

Hello. Please check error in code. If I use only custom fonts, avada loads script “google fonts” in head with empty font options and i get error 400 from google. Avada version 4.0.3.
Please send me information how to fix this error in file: “Avada\includes\avadaredux\avadaredux-framework\AvadaReduxCore\framework.php”. Thx.

Looking to copy the company page layout from the hosting theme over to the architecture theme. What is the best way to do this?

Right now its not possible to import only a single page from any of our demo actually, however with our new Fusion builder that is coming out in our next major release this will be an option to do so, right now you need to manually create that page layout using our shortcodes and columns.

Hi! This theme is awesome, congratulations! I am creating an website for a client and I need to remove the logo just on homepage, but show it in all other pages. Hi there. Possible to use the left header ( like cafe) for desktop but have a top bar header in mobile? Reason is that I want to have phone and email along with social icons above logo on mobile or tablet since it makes it easy for consumers to contact in on the go.

Mobile layout will always have a top header by default as the side header can not be adjusted into the layout, so if you actually check our cafe demo on mobile you will see the header is set to top already.

Thanks for reply but was referring to the top bar above logo and menu with icons like the classic shop mobile view. Would like desktop to be left menu ( like cafe) but mobile and tablet like ( classic shop) Possible?

At the moment, the top header will only appear when the header position is set to ‘top’. If you set it to ‘left’, the top header will be omitted on mobile devices.

I have version 4.0.3 installed. Did all the patches etc. I cannot get Google Maps to work and on my home page, the Fusion builder won’t load. It does on all the other pages, just not home page. Just a spinning wheel. Also, noticed that you have short codes for Contact Forms. Do we need to install the plugin Contact Form 7?

OK.. thank you. All of that worked for the Google Maps and Contact form. I checked the status and there are no errors. The Fusion build works on all pages but the home page. It never loads the editor. Just spins forever. Any ideas? I put in a ticket through support as well. Thank you!
I even went into the server and changed my configs to match these:
- max_execution_time 180 – memory_limit 256M – post_max_size 32M – upload_max_filesize 32M

I did that and never heard back.
I REALLY need help on this. I’ve blown 2 days of development time because of this issue. I may have to scrap all my work and leave the Avada theme over this. I did a trouble ticket last Thursday and provided all the login detail and heard nothing.

The issue you are seeing has to be related to the change that Google Maps made. This was a change made by Google maps but our team has issued a fix for it. First make sure you are on Avada 4.0.3 and FC 2.0.3
Then in your WP admin area, go to Avada > Support tab and look at the bottom for the Avada Patcher tool box. You will see patches (fixes) that can be applied with a single button. You will notice that some patches have to be applied in order so make sure to apply them as they show from top to bottom.

And here is the info about the google maps needing an API key: https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/special-features/setting-google-maps-api…This is unfortunately a change Google made and is now required, but our team issued the patch, once applied you will see a new field in theme options > contact > google map to place your API key.
