Yes it is very much possible, however in order to make the link direct you need to remove the icons from Theme Options > Extras > Featured Image Rollover options and then set the title there because user do need something to click, if you do not want to show the title as well you have to remove the complete rollover and it will make the whole image clickable.

Hi Avada Team, It would be great to have a search button shortcode. We could have different size as we have for the different button size (small, medium, large and XL). There’s a lot of websites having a big form (often with an autocomplete function or a menu when we click on the field). That would really be great. Thanks for your great work. Your theme is amazing. hello, I just purchased this theme and I can say it’s really cool. But I have a problem right now. Since I used the multi language plugin (Polylang) I noticed some things were changed or not working right. Like when I have to change anything in Avada theme options for the typography and colors it doesn’t apply. Nothing changes. I’ve been figuring it out but I can’t find where is the problem. Yes it is possible, but may require some custom CSS because the way fonts are traditionally managed is that you have your headings H1-H6, then body text, etc. That way it keeps it consistent throughout the design.

Hello! We are currently using the Avada theme for our site http://trainingfundingsource.com/ but if you notice when you go to ‘Our Clients’ page none of the category tabs are working. I have tried resetting the permalinks but that didn’t fix it.

It should all be fixed now, we had some server maintenance going on and it took the site down for a bit.

Also, you do need to have a purchase code to make an account at our site. Right now your account does not show you purchased the theme. Hi there, I just uploaded the theme’s files via FTP to my site and the theme is appearing in Wordpress under “Themes” as an option. However, whenever I try and activate it I am greeted with a 500 Internal Server Error message:
“Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”

It looked like that your PHP time limit was set too low causing this error actually, in this case what you can simply do is install the theme using FTP method instead please.

hello there, is any solution about the self-videohost (example fusion slider home) that is not playing in some browsers? for example IE etc… i did upload a image in case for the video that is not playing in all browsers but the image is not been see in IE either…. any help will be great, thank you

Different browsers does use different formats when it comes to self hosted videos, that is the sole reason we recommend you to please put all 3 formats of the video inside the Fusion Slider or full width container or wherever you are using it, we also have a very detailed article about this here on how you can create all 3 formats that can be read here : https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/special-features/adding-self-hosted-videos/

I’m hoping you can help me here since your server is down right now.
I want to pop a video in a lightbox via a text link, not using an image. There does not seem to be any option for that in any of the video shortcodes.
Since the new 5 version is just around the corner I’m hoping there will be an option for that or some kind of workaround I can use to do the above.
I’m guessing that version 5 will be released on the 16th since that will be 4 years to the day Avada made its first appearance.

You can actually use our Modal shortcode for this instead and put a video shortcode inside it, then you can trigger the modal shortcode using either text link or button please.

Yes, you need to buy a separate license for the new domain / project you are looking to develop and you can have both the license working together, or any number of licenses you want to buy. You will get a separate purchase code with each license and then you can register the product with it. Yes your old license will always be valid for you

You need to make sure that the changes in wp-config.php file or any other system status related change in made on the very specific line, in this case you need to make change inside the php.ini file inside wp-admin folder. However sometimes the servers cap their limits and its not easy to increase them from the user level. Hi, I want to buy your theme and use it with event calendar pro + events tickets (already purchased these plugins) But people say that your side bar on single event page has some issues (http://avada.theme-fusion.com/church/event/concert-series-2/): it’s impossible to move buy tickets form (rsvp) at the top of the sidebar, par example, “view my tickets” doesn’t work etc… Did you fix these issues? I am reading your documentation, and cannot find any article about single event page. Please advise

Avada is compatible with The Events Calendar and the Events Tickets extension. By default the tickets table is currently placed into the Event sidebar, however it is possible to move this to the content area using some of The Events Calendar’s hooks. We are making a change to this in the upcoming release of Avada 5.0 and the tickets table will be moved to the content area by default.
In regards to the RSVP issue, we’re currently in contact with The Events Calendar team to resolve this one. I believe there may be a slight issue on their end and it’s detecting the wrong template file in Avada. We’re hoping to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Purchased, but your support refused to help me. I asked them how to change sidebar on the single event page (what goes before, what goes after), how to move events tickets to the content area, they said that “it falls outside of our scope of support as it involves code customization to 3rd party plugin.In certain situations we can provide minor customization requests, but this item falls outside of that, in accordance with Envato’s paid support terms and conditions. Default plugin setting put everything to the content area, and link does work. So this is your theme issue. You promised to give me instructions how to put tickets to the content area and I expect your help with this. Please advise.

If our support did tell you that then it means it is a customization, we can only give out small customizations like css when needed, etc.

Often times we spent lots of extra time with customizations outside of that policy, but only when we are sure it is fairly quick and will not cause extra issues down the road. I would suggest contacting EVents Calendar for this, depending on if you bought the pro version, they should be able to help.

I’d like to understand why you changed your opinion after the payment?
I still need move tickets or whole sidebar content to the default position: content area. I still report you that RSVP link doesn’t work with your theme (and works fine with any “default” theme)
Your support team just copied/pasted standard response and didn’t help me at all. I cannot find template file for this page, and you guys, just tell me “oh, it’s customization, and we won’t help you.”
And again: that’s you customized plugin view, cause plugin’s authors put everything to the content, without sidebar, which is optional.

This particular edition is already in works and it is planned for our next 5.0 release as i mentioned earlier, from the assistance regarding this i meant that we will assist you with any other issues related to the ECP and regarding the customization we can guide you thru it but can not make the changes in code ourselves. However as 5.0 is just around the corner so i will suggest you to please wait for it a bit and it should be all good, the tickets sections is already planned on being moved to the content area and away from the sidebar.
I am also taking a look at your ticket right now and we will be continuing this chat further there, i will see if something temporary can be done regarding this right now
