I am looking for a theme very EASY to be customized to be used to create a website to RENT RC MODELS (similar to rent cars). I already have bought the various woocomerce plugins. But my question is: is it possible with this theme to create a renting website just using the visual composer? For example adding the box to rent, or the chart page and so on. Thanks Fabio

It’s really not easy reply your question cause I have not perfectly understood what you need to create (have a layout it’s better) but as you can see from our showcase you can do infinite layouts with Uncode: http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/showcase/
I remember that when you install demo contents you have a replica of the whole Uncode demo just with placeholder images so it’s very easy create your shop (http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/documentation/demo-contents/).

Hey! Thanks for your quick reply. I will try to be more specific. About the layouts I see that there are a lots. That’s great. But my question is: for example I have to add the “box” for the clients to select the dates of renting (from x date to x date) similar the websites that rent cars. Adding such a box would be possible/easy using the visual coposer together with the woocommerce plugin? Making the design for it I mean. This is just an example about what I need to know.

Hi ruplikmastik, this is not about Visual Composer sorry. The shop part os managed by WooCommerce (as for every theme). This is something created by the WooCommerce plugins… Have you found a WooCommerce plugin that manage a dates selections for your items?
yes yes I have found it. It’s RnB – WooCommerce Rental & Booking System. But since I am not very expert with the design I was wondering how can I add the various boxes for booking and renting.
Hi ruplikmastik and sorry for delay! I don’t know this plugin but I think this work as every other Woo extensions, you don’t add boxes with Visual Composer, these boxes are added by the plugin itself or via widget. Let us know if you need more infos.

Instead of use background image you can use Single Media, the difference it’s that backgrounds “cover” the available area (so if one of your column it’s bigger, the background in the other will be always good) while Single Media (images) have real size, if you use for example 4 Single Media you no problem. I hope this make sense (it’s about responsiveness).

For post format, I want to use LINK and have it take user to an outside webpage if they click on the grid/carousel preview for that post. When I choose LINK in post format, nothing changes so I am not sure where to insert a link or make this happen. I couldn’t find it in documentation.

Ok thank you. Other question, should I delete everything except the pages and contents that will be displayed ? fear that we may fall on pages without content, but are still listed. I’ve seen a tutorial on how to delete the library content furnished with the Demo of uncode, but I don’t think it will delete all the pages and concepts.

Hi, I’ve removed Woocommerce a while but the products still seem to be indexed by Google. Is this related to a theme issue?

this is absolutely not related the any theme. It’s the WordPress core that is generating the data for the indexation.
It sounds strange anyway that you can still reach the products page even with WooCommerce deactivated. Have you tried if the links are working?
I guess you can force somehow Google to remove those indexed links.
Is there anyway to have a portfolio on a one page style site?
