Hi
I want to use the Qode Twitter Widget in the footer area. Whilst it works and pulls the text from the Twitter account, I was expecting it to also display an icon next to each post, and maybe have some more customisation options. Am I missing something somewhere?
Any advise welcome from fellow buyers whom have bothered with this one? Else whats a good alternative plugin that still works after the Twitter API came into play?

Qode Twitter Widget will show tweets without the image, and widget is integrated from initial theme design. Image next to a tweet can look a little too much, especially on smaller screens, when there is a need to display content as short as possible, and currently there is no such option.
Regarding support. Unfortunately it is due to a change by Envato, and all users with expired support can buy additional 6 months of support up to maximum of 12 months https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/205923460-Purchasing-Supported-and-Unsupported-Items Also if you buy another licence you will get another 6 months.
With expired support, you will still be able to search all public tickets.

https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/custom-twitter-feeds/I am not sure why the theme doesn’t ship with this type of more advance Twitter feed plugin as an option. The one that you provide doesn’t compare to some free ones on the WP repository.
Although many of the others were out-of-date and could not register the new twitter API . The icon on the above one is small, and on small devices does not squeeze out the text. In fact the text is on the next line. (Footer area)
By the way, I do understand that support has a time limit on it, since you are working and deserve to be paid for your efforts. However, I think there should be a forum for buyers to ask each other for advice at least. We are in the information age are we not.

As previously explained, widget is codded according to design, but since we are constantly releasing update with new features, and extending existing ones, at some point we will certainly enhance twitter widget with some new options. Thank you for the suggestion.
Thanks for understanding. Ticksy is more like an APP for support, and it was working like a forum before inducting support periods by Envato, so right now you can only search public tickets.

I have another question if I may. I followed your instructions found on your forum to add the year to the blog masonry. which was to add the year code in the folder>templates>blog_masonry_date_in_image-loop.php. I tried but it doens’t work and my blog page became blank when I tried. Is there something else to add?

Hi guys, quick pre purchase question. I love the theme and have looked at quite a few of your demos and seem to hit the same issue on all of them and wanted to check with you before I purchase. I’m using an iPad to view/test and when I click on a page link, the page name loads in to the safari tab and the page I was currently viewing disappears but the newly selected page does not appear. It just sits there doing nothing until I refresh the page and then it appears. As I say, this happens on all of the demos that I have looked at – can you advise please as it makes an otherwise brilliant theme completely unusable for me. Many thanks john

Thank you for the interest in our theme, and we are glad to hear that you love our work.
Bridge theme uses AJAX page transitions, and page transitions create nice effects when navigating (ex. fade effect when navigating between pages). This issue is not known to us, and we just tested few of the theme demos, and everything is working perfectly.
Maybe you can try while connected on Wi-Fi, and also theme page transitions can be turned off if needed.

For the warning you’re seeing:
1. In your WP admin -> Qode Options -> Logo, make sure to upload your logo in all the fields there, instead of our default logos. That should resolve this.
if the warning is still on after it, you should then edit this file wp-content/themes/bridge/includes/shortcodes/shortcode-elements/slider.php , and you need to edit following part of code list($logo_width, $logo_height, $logo_type, $logo_attr) = getimagesize($_SERVER[‘DOCUMENT_ROOT’].$logo_url_obj[‘path’]);

I’m considering purchasing this theme but see that iOS 9 has major issues with AJAX. I can confirm that all your demo fail to work in iOS 9. When changing pages the animation displays but .. nothing. If you refresh the page it will load the page it was supposed to. Is there a fix coming for this?

One small remark, the Dutch language contact form confirmation contains a typo: “Je e-mail is succesvol verzonden. We neem zo snel mogelijk contact op.” should be “Je e-mail is succesvol verzonden. We nemen zo snel mogelijk contact op.”

Note that leaving height value empty, like this http://screencast.com/t/DjkN3r43 will create full height slider.

Hi. I have installed Bridge 71. Everything seems fine except for one thing: The white border isn’t even. In the demo, the border is lovely and thick to the left, to the right, and to the bottom of the slider. I have installed Bridge 71 using the Qode Import. The slider has a nice thick border on the left and right, but, run it runs off the page at the bottom. You can see it here: http://helpimgettingmarried.ie/ Any help would be marvellous. This theme is fantastic, by the way!
It’s ok. I’ve figured it out.
Although the demo was installed, I had to go and manually switch on the “Bottom Passepartout” under Qode Option > General.

Hey there, everytime I try to activate the theme I get a 500 internal server error. It has been working fine until a day ago. I have made sure all my memory is big enough, and I have even tried a brand new install on a subdomain, but as soon as I activate the theme, I get the error. I have checked with the host (justhost) and they tell me it is a theme issue. Any ideas?

I’m getting reports of virusses in the theme. Visitors that cannot open the website (in Firefox) because they’re getting a warning. Are there any issues with the theme in Firefox?

quick question – where do I find the breakpoints (pixels) for screen sizes? I have an issue in ipad mini where the menu is displayed over top of the logo and I want hamburger icon to be displayed…thanks

You shouldn’t change default break points within theme css files. There is custom css filed inside Wp admin > Qode options > General, and all css modifications can be placed there.

Hi there, I just want to let you know that the conflict with Yoast SEO still exists. I’m using one of your new blog themes-Bridge Lifestyle-which I installed last week and am having issues with ajax page transitions on mobile. I did submit a ticket but unfortunately you can’t help me as the only solution is to disable page animation or uninstall Yoast SEO, which is Sophie’s choice . Is this something you can address on your next update? I really love your page transitions and will have to do with another SEO plugin for now. THX and keep up the good work!!!!

We are not aware of this kind of conflict but thank you for letting us know. We were certainly investigate this. It is very strange that you are having issue only on mobile because if there is some conflict it will certainly be present on desktop too. All previous issues between YOAST and AJAX page transitions were resolved successfully in the past, so plugin is compatible with Bridge theme, but as we mentioned earlier our dev team will check this.
