I’m using the wide option on the woocommerce single product pages. On a 27 inch screen, it leaves massive white gaps inbetween the product images when there’s two images. Is it possible to put this into a container, so that when stretched it doesnt leave gaps?

the version from (RTL-Maker) is perfect and everything is in right place, but in your version the page is rtl ready, but the elements has align to left.
is that a problem or it just in demo?!

Referred demo is not our official demo, and it is using very old theme version, and we enhanced RTL stylesheet few times, so just make sure that you are using latest theme version.

All our demos are in English language, and in order to be able to see RTL version, you have to choose to one of RTL languages from WordPress back end on your installation, and RTL stylesheet will be loaded automatically.

Is there any chance this theme has a pre-built option for my problem?
I create a row in visual composer with 2 columns in that specific row. Column 1 is a picture, column 2 is a text
I create another row in visual composer with 2 columns but column 1 is now text and column 2 is a picture.
If I then go onto a mobile device you will see Picture – text – text – picture (in that order). Can I change that It will be every second Picture – text – picture – text but only mobile devices?
I saw this at another wordpress theme and they have it. More specifically http://www.bthbostad.se/ and start with headline “En komplett bostadsutvecklare”

You don’t need to purchase bundled plugin separately. We will include newer versions, if they exist, with every theme update. For example, in order to update visual composer, after updating theme to latest version, perform uninstall / install of this plugin.

YouTube and Vimeo videos iframe embeds are defaulting to HTML5 video, so they are not using Flash, and you don’t have to worry about this. Also YouTube and Vimeo guys are well prepared for any potential issues, and if some issue arise, fix will be released immediately.

Hi – My site got deleted and now I have to create it from scratch. I am trying to import all demo contents so it is quicker for me. I have tried this 4-5 times and the import reaches 100% with a success message as well but there are no dummy content pages. Can you please help? www.hopnop.com

When importing demo content, before you hit import, disable all 3rd party plugins (to free up server resources), then go to import, choose desired demo and hit Import. If import stops, repeat demo import again and repeat it until it reach 100% (sometimes you have to repeat process for 3-5 times or more).
Common problem with Import can be WordPress memory limit and upload time, and it is good if you can increase these values or ask your hosting service to do that for you.

Probably, this is server related issue, and you may consider contacting hosting support. In order to confirm that it is hosting related, you can simply install WordPress on your local machine (localhost) and then to try to import demo

Yes, import can reach 100% without importing demo content or media files. You can open Google Chrome developer tools before hitting import and watch console for errors. Usually 500 server error will be displayed.
Few users provided us with feedback, but we cannot know solution for each case. For some of them this is resolved by adding following line to .htaccess file:
SetEnv MAGICK_THREAD_LIMIT 1
and for some of them it was just PHP version. WordPress now requires PHP 5.6 https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
Because of several possible solutions, you should debug this with your host. If they are unable to resolve this for you, there is alternative solution. I’ve been having quite a few issues with this site. So, I realized there was an update and I updated both Wordpress and the theme to 10.0.

To save fellow Bridge users time – The feedback I received was that I had to “increase resources” which after speaking to my hosting company, I discovered that to fix the issue, we had to create a special i.php (something like that) folder. Dynamic files are created while saving theme options, and if folder isn’t writable, they will not create static files, and dynamic ones will be loaded instead. If you were inspecting one of our demo site, this is normal because file permissions are tight on our demos, since they have to be available for theme users all the time. You won’t have this problem on your installation.
