There are issues with the ThemeForest API currently, it’s been going down randomly all day. Our support site requires a check with their API to verify it, so that is what you are seeing. We’re very sorry about this but currently we are waiting for them to fully fix it. You can try back in a bit.

We are required to check and verify customer purchase information against their API in order to validate the registration request. I saw on Avada theme website that there´s a coming soon and Maintenance Mode. Does this means that we can activated one of these?

Yes, you can do the same on your site, we use Blank page template for that and assign the template page as homepage from settings > reading > front page.

Hi!
I love Adava with all it`s possibilities, but I think the way to create a portfolio could be way better. I only want to show images, no text. To do this, I need to create a new portfolio-item for every single image and then use a portfolio-preset to show these images.
It would have been much easier if I could simply bulk-upload 10-15 images and then insert my portfolio (these images) anywhere I want with shortcode.
Will there be such an option in Avada 5.0?

Any post type can not be created in bulk at the moment since each will have its own description and a separate image, however i believe there are plugins out there available for duplicating a single post but you sill have to change the image, we are continuously listening to our customers so if you can please send us a request to support@theme-fusion.com about this.

Since the new layout (4.0+) my entire team is confused. We can’t seem to get the top header to be translucent on TOP of a full screen slider revolution. Been on this for a couple of hours after upgrade.

Hello guys, thanks for your theme. I love it, I used it already for 3 clients. 2 on my account and last for client account. But now i have issue because my client has problem with https redirect. On domain is great, automatic redirect from http to https. But on page it does not work. For example: www.fyziodomu.cz/kontakt/ is not going automatic to https://www.fyziodomu.cz/kontakt/. You can always reply back to the email like you should reply to any other email address and our support rep will get back to you, there is no need for you to create a new support ticket at all unless the issue is resolved for you

Staff realized the update of AVADA to 4.0.3 and now the site is broken whole, and displaying a need javascript error to help me urgently! You can not upgrade, allow update of something that can break a fully functional website just for you sell more suports.

Hi,
I am building a website to rent RC models. But I would need the renting system to work this way:
1) On the home page I want to show (over the main picture slider so using a lyered html code) JUST the Pick up and return date. Nothing else.
2) Once the client selects the pick up and the return date they should be redirected to another page where they can see the full list of available models
3) They select the model (in this page also we show prices) and they get redirected to the final page where they can see all the features of the model and the possible add-on options.
Is this possible with this theme?

We actually use WooCommerce for all our ecommerce requirement, what you are looking for should be available by add ons of woocommerce as there are many available to combine with the plugin however we have not personally tried anything exactly similar but with some custom work it should be possible.

We cannot I’m afraid, Envato has a paid support system. 6 months comes with the theme when you buy it, then you can extend it further through subscription pricing. Updates will always be free though

Would the updates always work? We bought theme immensely three years ago and now when we’ve updated it, our website didn’t work correclty because of some conflicts with the plugins. I hope you have guarantee for Avada so that we could update and use it for a longer time. For the support, can we extend it only to 12 months?

Yes, the updates will always be free for you as long as we develop Avada, only the support package requires an extension as per the Envato policy however you said you bought the theme 3 years ago and in that case you should be eligible for the Grandfathered support that we introduced for our older customers, Grandfathered support gives you lifetime of support and you can read all about it here please : https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/getting-started/grandfathered-support/

I mentioned the theme “immensely” that we bought three years ago also on Envato Market and now its update doesn’t work anymore. I hope when I buy theme Avada I can use it for a longer time or can ask for help when it doesn’t work. When buying Avada and extending support to 12 months, then after 12 months can we change to Grandfathered support ? If yes how much does it cost?

To answer your queries in short.
1. Yes your updates should work for sure and you should be able to get all the future updates as well no matter when you have bought the theme, updates are free for all our customers disregarding when they purchased the theme.
2. You can use any purchase license as long as you want to use it, there is no license or expiration on theme license and its a lifetime license.
3. If you have purchased theme 3 years earlier you must be eligible for Grandfathered support already and there is no need for you to purchase the support extension again.
4. However any new purchase will not be granted grandfathered support and will abide by the Envato regulations.

I have to change the color of the menu. In the theme settings. I go to mein menu and change the color, but the changes are not made!
