Unfortunately, there ins’t an option in the backend to change the width of the entire wrapper. You need to add custom CSS code to adjust the width of each of the element in the theme.

Adding a BG to the Column and setting NO WRAP on the row should show the Image on the left side. However if you do not want to turn on No Wrap, but just have the Image in the Left, you can add the Image in a Text Block module using the ADD MEDIA button. Or if you are adding the Image as Column BG, you can add the Extra Spacing module (with 1px height) to show the Image. Let me know if you need further instructions.

Thank you for your reply! I got it. What I did was: No Wrap, with an image as Column BG and the BE slider module. And on the right side, to avoid edge to edge, I added a custom padding to the text block. Thanks!

It is likely that the issue is due to a conflict with one of the 3rd party plugin you are having in the site. Kindly disable the plugin to see if that fixes the issue. Unfortunately, since the issue is happening on a local host, i might not be able to log in to trouble shoot the issue for you.

If the issue persists, kindly send the screenshot of the issue and also check if there are any errors showing up in the Browser’s console. That will provide us a clue about the cause.

The option to enable widgets for Blog and Taxonomy pages are present in the options panel under OSHINE OPTIONS > GLOBAL SITE LAYOUT AND SETTINGS > Show Footer Widget Area in Archive and Search Pages .

While uploading the theme via WordPress, if the upload is unsuccessful with the error message ‘Are you sure you want to do this? Please Try Again’ notice, it is likely that file upload limit is less than the theme’s file size. Kindly increase your file upload limit to around 15 MB, alternatively upload & install the theme via the FTP method described in the article here – http://www.brandexponents.com/oshine-knowledgebase/knowledge-base/upload-activate-theme/

Unfortunately, compatibility issues related to 3rd party plugins do not fall within the scope of our support. A couple of suggestions though -

1. Ensure that you are pasting the Plugin’s shortcode in the PLUGIN SHORTCODE module in the Page Builder.

2. If the Plugin works when adding the shortcode in the Default Content editor, you can continue to use it and paste the Page Builder module’s shortcode in the Default Content editor as well.

Apologies but compatibility with 3rd party plugins do not fall within the support. That said, we have implemented lazy loading within the theme itself, in some of the image intensive elements in the theme like the Gallery/Portfolio module and all of the Portfolio and gallery carousels as well.

Are you looking to change the behaviour of the Mobile Menu? if so, unfortunately, there ins’t a straight forward option change the Mobile Menu Animation. The Push from Left option is however available on the Left Header and this option can be set under OSHINE OPTIONS > LEFT HEADER SETTINGS.

Thank you for your interest in purchasing the theme. Apologies, but the Map Module in the theme, has option to included only one pointer and you need to use a 3rd party plugin to be able to add multiple pointers.
