2. Apologies, but there isn’t an option to change the Gutter Width (space between thumbnail) in the Recent Posts Module. The settings that you change under BLOG SETTINGS panel will reflect on the posts page.

About hiding/showing information, this is possible with custom CSS code. If you could tell me which portion you need to hide, i can provide the css code.

3. You can use the css code below -

You need to add the code in the custom CSS section under OSHINE OPTIONS > GENERAL SETTINGS.

4. Yes you can, by altering the “speed” parameter in the Rotates Shortcode, ex -

Apologies about the delay in my response.

1. We are looking into the issue with the black bar, and it seems to be due to the aspect ratio of the video. The bar cannot be hidden or removed with a simple css fix. We will try and patch a fix for this in our upcoming theme update.

2. Please use the css code below -

You need to paste it in the custom CSS section under OSHINE OPTIONS > GENERAL SETTINGS.

3. Unfortunately, there isn’t an option to change the animation or use it in Special Heading Styles.

It is the Footer Border that is showing up in your pages. You have set the Footer Border to NONE under OSHINE OPTIONS > FOOTER SETTINGS > Footer border(Top) color .

The error messages could have occurred due to insufficient Memory or Execution Time in your server. We have not faced this error in any of our test or demo sites and neither have other buyers reported of this error. Alternatively, you can try to update the theme via the FTP method as mentioned in this article here – www.brandexponents.com/oshine-knowledgebase/knowledge-base/update-theme . Apologies about the delay in response. When you set the header as “Transparent” or “Semi Transparent” the contents in the page will start right from the top. If you want the contents to start below the header, you need to set it as DEFAULT, which I guess you have already set it up as .

Hi, thanks again for the response. I’ve done what you have said but the images are still not loading up straight away with the title already on.

Also, I was just wondering if there were instructions on how to make the accordion toggles, as well on my menu I have the info section and it currently links to my about page I was just wondering how I can make it so when someone clicks it, it will automatically open the sub menus.

The titels are showing up now, but on my blog posts in mobile its putting the gold overlay on. Is that because of the code or have I done something else? Thanks

The code to target the Overlay is the same for Portfolio and Blog Grid and this is why it might show up on your blog posts too. To target the code for just the Portfolio, you can add a “Section ID” to the section in which you have added the Portfolio Grid, and prefix the Section ID in the CSS code. The option to add ID to the Section is present in the Section Settings panel in the Page Builder.

For Ex if you add the id as “homeportfolio”, the code will look like this -

Yes, the responsive breakpoints cannot be modified in the theme. You can add custom CSS code that will apply of certain elements specifically.

And about the position of the Sidebar on Mobile, unfortunately, there isn’t an option to position it differently as the mark up structure is designed in that way.

In case you are using the Page Builder, you need to additionally enable an option under OSHINE OPTIONS > BLOG SETTINGS > Enable Page Builder for Single Posts.

Unfortunately, swipe navigation among pages is not possible and you need use the Menu Items to navigate between pages.

That is the piece of code we have written to change the Color of the Navigation Menu links dynamically based on the Tone of the BG Image used in the Slider. There is, however an option to turn this dynamic color changing off under OSHINE OPTIONS > GLOBAL SITE LAYOUT AND SETTINGS.

The problem with the import process could occur if your server, does not support XML file format in which sample content files are shipped. Kindly email your URL, wp-admin id and password via the Private Message form in the Support Tab so we can investigate this further. Also mention the choice of demo you want to import in the site.

About the missing Primary Content – we have revised the organisation of our Import Content in the latest version of BE One Click Import Plugin. In this version, we have removed the Primary Content and integrated it with each of the demo data. So your import process is simplified where you just have to directly choose the demo of your choice and Click on Import.
