It is done for your benefit. A lot of support issues require us to get personal login information or for you to create a support account for us. I assume you do not want to post that here publicly 
And for your “error” message, try and delete it via FTP, that should not be happening and I just tried it and ir works. But regardless, deleting it via FTP will work just fine.
Full Height Container? Require a single full (100%) height container, background image or video, nested columns with content. Easily achieved in other page builders, functionality seems absent in Fusion Builder. This is not a “use a slider” solution.

Its all good went with another theme / page builder, the Envato / Avada support etc is a nightmare tbh, 3 separate areas now to manage a single purchase, time consuming, awful.

Everyone operates the same here, Themeforest comments are for pre-slaes, real theme support is done on each authors individual site.

Also, I recall you have used Avada for some time now, and this policy has always been the same, we have always handled support on our own site.
I’m not sure why that is a problem, it is a benefit to both customers and to us.
Apologies, I guess its difficult to see things from your side of the fence,let me clarify 1. Envato management of all themes, 2. Theme author support site, 3. Envanto API site x the no. of themes you own and each with login / passwords. This is just an observation, it could be so much better?!
Oh no, on that front we agree, it is just not up to us, the author 
There is a misunderstanding between the author vs Envato a of the time
The author sells the theme and provides support for it in there own way, 99% of them do this on their own site and the only way to verify that each customer is a valid customers (there is a lot of piracy) is to get their purchase code and checkit through the Envato API. This is why each author asks you to register on their site via purchase code, or token key (which is same thing, just newer and what we now use).
It is up to Envato, they make the rules and setup. We’ve wanted support to take place here on teh Envato site for a long time, some type of setup for each item where you can click a support tab and ask a question, have private replies ,etc … that way the customer does not have to move around from the marketplace to the authors sites.
So basically Envato is the marketplace where themes are sold, and transactions are made. Because of this, they hold the keys to license purchase codes, etc, the author does not.
The authors, like us, simply sell a theme on their site, then handle support on our own site and verify each users purchase.
Hope that clears it up, but if we had to power to change the setup, we certainly would. And we’ve suggested it many times before. There is a disconnect between what a lot of customers believe who is who and who does what, which can be confusing.
We do our best to explain it to them through theme files, links, comments, etc.

Hi, I added a Pricing Table to my Avada page.
How do I link the payment buttons to PayPal?
I made payment buttons in PayPal, and then added the paypal button URL in the table button link. That didn’t work. It returned an error.
Then I tried using the Form tags from the PayPal button in the table pricing footer and that didn’t work. It showed the full code on the front end.

I’m not able to access Support.

The problem is we cannot provide in depth support here in comments, often times we have to access your site, plus our developers do not answer here, they answer on our site through tickets.

Currently there is not and that is true for any theme here that is sold on Themeforest. There is a refund policy but only if the item does not work as advertised.

This is a separator shortcode and it doesn’t have a link attribute attached to it, so it wont open as an anchor in browser. Hi, I have small problem with avada theme, if you could please help me. I use contact page provided by you and also in theme setting i have maps that should be displayed on contact page. It was working fine, but now it doesn’t load any more i just get gray area on contact page. I also tried to remove address and map was also removed at that point when I insert the code back it is gray again.

Right now i am getting a 504 error on provided URL however regarding the maps please make sure that you are on latest version of our theme that is 5.0.2 and have created and put a new API key there inside Appearance > Theme Options > Contact > Google Maps

Our parallax already works on mobile phones and there is an option to enable it for mobile phones, however the speed of parallax is slowed down a bit, same can be viewed in description field of parallax : http://prntscr.com/cz32ff

You can indeed use Fusion Builder on WooCommerce single product pages, however the default content of single product page will always be there and can not be removed unless you plan on using custom CSS to hide it, but its doable with our theme. It looks like the shortcode conversion didn’t run after the update. Can you please run it manually via the Avada -> System Status page of your WordPress admin panel? You can find all the steps on how to run the manual conversion here:

Dearest wonderful amazing people of Avada. My crazy client want’s to have up to 12 products in a row displayed. I’ve been trying to do this in the functions.php file with woocommerce suggested code, to no avail. Any clue to how I might do this?? thanks, you are the BEST. EVER.

Hmm, Avada columns are currently only built to support up to six columns. I don’t think twelve columns would work, as there wouldn’t be any room for the product images, titles or descriptions.
You may wish to head on over to the WooCommerce community forum and see if anyone has any suggestions on how to go about this type of layout.

Amazing update!! Wondering if there is a button to make a container fullscreen? If not, do you think this can be added in the next update!? I know sliders can do it but it would be very handy if containers could too! Thanks so much

It’s always hard to compare one setup to the next, and in theory anything is possible with any theme, it just depends on if custom coding is required.
From what I see here, the secondary menu always shows: http://d.pr/i/chk .. we currently do not have that option so it would require some custom work to achieve.

How do I change the hover color on images/portfolio items?

Go to Fusion Theme Options > Extra > Featured Image Rollover and you can change it there, there is both a top and bottom color to use in case you want a gradient look, as well as opacity

App demo is not working?! I was looking to copy a container off the demo and it isn’t working. The demo loads in a little messed up.

Are you copying something from an old install (like v4) to a new install (like v5)? If so that will not work, please only import the App demo on the new Avada v5.0

Oh and also, if you are copying page content, you must copy it and paste it from the TEXT tab, not the VISUAL tab.
I just tried this a few different ways and all of them worked so it must be one o those above items.
