It seems the permission issue. Your server did not give permission to add / save the settings of the Theme Options. Basically, when you saved the theme options then it’s created the skin_1.css file inside the CSS folder, because of permission the theme is not able to create this file into your site. Please contact your hosting provider to change the permission to 777 or 755 of the CSS folder and all files.

Hi, I can’t import demos Medical. When I try, the step always stops Including menu. How can I fix it ?

And I tried with different themes and this function works very well, only medical can’t be included via demo installer :)

Please check Optimal Server Requirements For Theme:

• Server Type: Linux with cPanel ( Bluehost hosting Recommended ) • PHP version = 5.4 or greater • Apache = 2.2 or greater • MySQL = 5.5 or greater • PHP Memory Limit = 256mb • PHP max_execution_time = 600 seconds • mod_rewrite Apache module = Enabled If you are installing through WordPress Theme section, make sure your PHP Upload File Size limit is 40MB, since the theme .zip file is around 40MB

1. You can delete the Revolution slider by edit your page from Page options. In view Options, you can see the Banner type selected as the Revolution and very next options Revolution slider is selected.

2. If you want to change the slider on the page you can select the Revolution slider from the option I have told you in above para.

After upgrade to last Version 2.4.0 (10/26/2016), my sub menu disappeared or in white color and color setting not updating database. I can not change color i did upgrade properly. Please check and fix it. Here is the ticket. 9533

Also the new pop up sign in only white color inside, something not right. Please check it as soon as possible.

Thank you for the reply! I just installed the theme, but now the visual composer isn’t working. When I am on a page It is possible to open the menu but when I click on a module it is totally not responding.

I see there is an option at the top left for the e-comm template which lets you choose between USD & GBP currencies.

Can this also be changed to INR (Indian Rupee)?

Yes, you can add the Indian rupees as well by using the Woocommerce currency switcher plugin in your site. Our theme is fully compatible with WooCommerce Currency Switcher Plugin.

This currency options you have seen in the Demo site is just a dummy and not selectable, we have added it from the menu option to show that our theme is supported the currency switcher feature as well. You have to use the WooCommerce Currency Switcher plugin for that purpose:

Is there a way to close all tabs in the product accordion? The way it is now, the 1st one is active once we enter the product page, but I’d prefer it to be closed because most of the time there’s a lot of text there and it doesn’t look good.

I know I’m no longer supported, but maybe this info would be useful to other users as well.

I think your portfolios have not assigned the categories. Please go to Portfolio and edit the portfolio and assigned the categories then it will show the filter on the portfolio page.

There is no gap between columns, even when I try to add gap (35px) in row settings. I think it’s bug, please check…
