@sprucecreative. I have had that issue on my site where you get a grey background. If you updated the theme it is usually corrected by either flushing the theme cache and or making sure you have the correct visual composer version on your site. One or the other usually. Better yet, I always, always do updates first on my XAMPP localhost NEVER EVER on a live server

Hi, thanks for the response and suggestions @superdoc. I have had this issue before and it resolved itself when I updated the theme and visual composer. The problem re-occured today when a new post was published. The actual post page is fine, its the blog overview page which i have set to a 2 column grid that seems to display with the grey box covering it. If I unpublish the post the grey box disappears and it looks fine. I have now solved it by displaying 8 posts rather than 10 on the page. If I increase to 9 it works, if I go to 10 I get the grey box. Post 10 is an image post rather than a video one like all the others, so thought that might have been the reason. However it loads fine when I click the load more button. A bit confusing really, but working now, so I’ll see if it re-occurs in future. cheers Paul

Hi, i have some issues with mega menu. On first menu there are 5 coloumns and it it ok. But on second menu i have 10 submenus and it give me 4 coloumns in menu instead of 5. How can i achive to have 5 coloumns in a row and have two rows. See here. By default, no, but it is possible by some modifications in the codes. Unfortunately, custom design is not included in the support scope so our support staffs can’t help you on that. But you may consider do it yourself using a child theme or hiring an expert to do it for you.

By default, the dividers are full width unless they wrap into a boxed container. So if all of its containers also be full width, the divider too, will be full width.

Ther is problem with .master-holder-bg-holder with new theme update. Woomerce have a problem with /cart anche /checkout, problem with form .master-holder-bg-holder that overlap all the principal div. i have resolved the issue creating a JS that remove this ”.master-holder-bg-holder”

By default, no, but you can do a trick and make that possible! You may define a portfolio choosing the post type Video and add your video there. Then select a tthumbnail for that and close the portfolios.
Then add a page, drop a portfolio element into that page, and specify the video posts you have created and then disable the permalink icon, this way you can get the desired look.

For some reasons, there is a div covering all of the page and will not let you select any test or click on any link.
Please add this CSS fix to Theme Options -> Advanced -> Custom CSS and see if that helps. Please note that this fix will only work for single posts pages.

By default, no. But in my case, I used an extra class for text block element (let’s say it was “justifyTest”) and added this CSS fix to the Theme Options -> Advanced -> Custom CSS:

For some reasons this CSS prevents the main content to be showing on your single post page:
.mk-main-wrapper-holder { display: none; }
Not sure why, maybe you added it in the Custom CSS or somewhere else, but if you remove it, it would work fine again.

The checkout layout is not overridden in Jupiter theme, but there are 3 files related to checkout page exist in woocommerce/checkout folder.
If you want to override the layout, you should copy
wp-content\plugins\woocommerce\templates\checkout\form-checkout.phpto
jupiter\woocommerce\checkout\form-checkout.phpand start editing it.
If you are using a child theme (recommended), then copy to

I have subdomain with only blog posts. So no “home page” set. I’ve set in WP menu – settings – reading to show my latest posts on front page. So far so good. In Jupiter theme I’ve set default blog/news post to Traditional / right sidebar. But now, on home page right side bar won’t appear.
Can you point me to where I can set it right?

You may just install WooCommerce on the WordPress installation you use, all of the Jupiter templates will work fine along with WooCommerce.

I will give you a CSS fix for that, but please consider that I’m doing it on the blind without seeing the position, it may not work or it may not be what you want. Please add this to Jupiter -> Theme Options -> Advanced -> Custom CSS and play with the values to get the proper result:
