The option to set the Number of Columns in the Category Archive Page will be same as what you set for the Main Blog Page under OSHINE OPTIONS > BLOG SETTINGS. Like you might know, this option is applicable only if the Blog style is MASONRY.

You should be able to view and modify the Icon Options in the module. If the icons are not visible, then it is likely that the styling required for the Icons are conflicted by one of the 3rd party plugin you have or due to one of your Browser extensions. Kindly disable the plugins/extensions to have this fixed.

I’ve understood your solution but the thing is, the JETPACK we are using is a plug-in and can not deactivate it. Is there any way I could prevent the images to be stretched out without deactivating the plug-in?
Also, I was wondering what actually causes the images to be stretched out. I want to know the accurate reason for this problem.

We will continue to test the compatibility issue with jetpack and patch any possible fix in our upcoming updates, however you need to understand that it is not possible to provide 100% compatibility with all the plugins. Appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard.

By default the Portfolio items are ordered based on Creation Date. To reorder them, you can manually modify this date in the backend. Alternatively, you can use the Post Types Order plugin, but this is not compatible if you are using Infinite Load or Load More Pagination in your Portfolio grid.

After buying this fantastic theme I have spent countless hours trying to figure out how to make the mobile menu icon activate on a touch screen. My research so far has led me to the conclusion that iPhone 5, iPhone 4, IPhone SE and numerous android phones only a small area of the lower left corner of the mobile menu icon (Hamburger) activates the mobile menu.
I have made the icon large in the mobile menu configurations page (32, 4 10). but to no effect.
All my customers that has this theme installed are very frustrated about not being able to activate the mobile menu since it makes their mobile site useless.
I just tried your own demos at http://brandexponents.com/oshin/v2/ and realized that the same problem exists here. You cant ectivate the mobile menu by clicking on the hamburger but you have to click below the hamburger. (Tried on iPhone SE).
Is there a soultion to this? If not, is there a way to disable the hamburger menu and have the same menu in mobile as in desktop? Actually, ANY way at all to be able to navigate in mobile is welcome.

I’ve changed the image size to 650px by 410px as you said but the problem isn’t solved.
This is the page: http://ponyeffect.com/product/ It works perfectly fine on the PC, but when I refresh it on the iPhone, the image still shows as if it is stretched out.

The stretching of the images in mobile, could occur if you have the jetpack plugin activated in the site. Disabling the plugin should fix the issue. Let me know if it persists.

Hello Swami. I recently bought Oshine and am making slow progress with a site based on the v7 demo. The front page has three circular icons in the top-left. (Facebook, pinterest, something else).
1. How do I delete those icons?
2. If I want to keep them, how do I make them point to something of my choice?

The icons in the header are added as Header Widgets under OSHINE OPTIONS > TOP HEADER SETTINGS > HEADER WIDGETS
1. To remove the icons, move the CODE CONTENT widget in the above panel from RIGHT to UNUSED section under “Position of Widgets” option.
2. To modify the URL to point to your social media pages, you need to edit the ‘href’ attribute in the Icon Shortcode that is present in the CODE CONTENT widget.

The Header and Footer are missing in this page, as you have chosen the Page Template as “BLANK” . The option to choose Page Template can be found in the Bottom Right panel of the page. Set this to “DEFAULT” to get the Header and Footer.

I am working with v17 on my website damianweddings.com through WordPress. My home page looks and functions great on my PC, but when I look at it on my iPhone, the images are sometimes stretched and distorted (and occasionally, they look correct). When I open an image on my iPhone and scroll to others, I repeatedly get a message saying “a problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded. Is this related to large image file size, or do I need to adjust my settings in some way?

This issue could occur if you have the Jetpack Plugin activated in the site. Kindly deactivate it to check if that fixes the issue.

To edit the Social Media Icon in the footer, navigate to OSHINE OPTION > FOOTER SETTINGS and edit the “href” parameter in the Icon Shortcode pasted there.
Alternatively, you can create an new Icon using the Icon module in the Page builder and “Copy” the module using the Copy icon in the top right corner of the module and “Paste” it the FOOTER SETTINGS section.
