Hello. I had recently updated my theme and revolution slider through the envato app. But doing it that way may have messed up my revolution sliders as the envato market plugin updated the revolution slider to a version that the theme may not be compatible with. (it is a version that is higher than the theme offers.)
Is the Bridge theme able to handle the very latest version of the revolution slider? AND visual composer? Thanks for your help.

I changed them back. I am using the versions that come with the theme. I just checked all versions of those plugins.
But for some reason I cannot have two revolutions sliders on one page without one breaking. Do you have any idea why this may be happening? Has anyone else had any issues like this?

We just checked this on our side, and 2 or more Revolution Sliders will work on same page without problems http://screencast.com/t/27iE0oIPD1f . We don’t know why this won’t working for you, but most common issue may be due to some plugin conflict. You can try to disable all 3rd party plugins and to test this again. Gallery element is only for showcasing image gallery, but in case that you want to disaply some sort of video gallery, you can create video elements within desired set of columns. Or, you can create image gallery with portfolio list element and to set custom video light box for each portfolio item. In that way, images will be showing, but when you click on each image video will be played in the light box.

Thanks for your reply. a few more questions: 1. Can the custom video lightbox be set within the CMS or do we need CSS coding to do this? 2. I assume each image can be linked to a portfolio or blog item which has the video with project information in that single item? 3. Is it possible to have 1 and 2 both using two buttons, i.e. a ‘quick view’ option which shows the video lightbox in the same screen and a ‘view post’ option which takes viewer to the single item? 4. Can the size of the image be changed to video rectangle size (16:9)?

2. Yes, each portfolio item featured image will lead user to single portfolio page with additional images and info.
3. Desired functionality alrady exist, as you can see on our demo page here http://demo.qodeinteractive.com/bridge/portfolio/gallery-style-condensed/three-columns-grid/ and you can change or translate theme labels to your liking so buttons can contain qucik view and vew post or any other text.
4. For portfolio single posts, you can choose several layouts which will show content in different way http://screencast.com/t/b0MvMwk5Z2m but for portfolio list, you can only change dimmensions of images if you use masonry layout. For regular layout, images will fill entire column like in previously provided demo.

Is it safe to update Ultimate Responsive Image Slider 2.9.6 (from 2.9.5), and WPBakery Visual Composer 5.0 (from 4.12)??? Also, it seems as though some of my images have been mysteriously deleted, do you know of any reasons why that would happen?

We don’t know about Ultimate Responsive Image Slider since it is not plugin which is bundled with the theme, and you will need to try to update it, but in case that you encounter some issues best option is to revert to previous version.
Regarding Visual Composer. We will include latest Visual Composer in a theme update which should be released within the next week.
We really can not know about images disappearance.Perhaps someone who has access to the website deleted them.

Menu is looking fine on our side http://screencast.com/t/OGai1vKt although if you are tasting on some older IE version, some elements may be disaplyed according to styling which is supported by that version and some differences may be present. Our product was built to support modern browsers. Providing support for oudtated brwosers which just can’t provide the same web experience that other browsers can would mean that we can’t optimize our interfaces or provide an enhanced customer experience in our products, and it would mean slower progress, less progress, and, in some places, no progress. We wanted to make sure the experience is the best it can be for the vast majority of our customers, so supporting outdated browses would have held us back. I have tried. But I’ll need a support license. This is a bug in your theme, I think $41 for asking a question about a bug in the theme is way too expensive. I’m also asking it because the menu is not working properly in IE.

Since menu is working fine in other browsers, and as previously explained, this is due to browser limitations, so it is not the theme bug. IE browser and even latest Edge browser have some baisc css properties limitations which menas that site will be disaplyed but since some propperties are not supported, some elements may appear a little different. For your case you can try to reduce line height from Qode options > Fonts > Header & Menu, but if that does not help, you will have to submit a ticket and to provide WordPress admin acces so our support can have access to your site in order to try some IE specific css. We understand your eager to perfection across all platforms, but this is simply not related to our theme, and Theme Forest support policy is very strict.

Hi there. I have some issue with the color of the text of contact form fields. Now the visibility of that color is bad, and I need change it. I try to modify using the CF7 Bridge options, but nothing happen. 1. Yes you can use single license since local installation is not live eviroment, so you can develop on localhost and then migrate to live enviroment.
2. Such an option does not exist, but it sonds like a good idea. We will add it to our feature requests list, and if it gets approved it will become available from one of future theme updates.

Hello, I had a look at the portfolio: Only pictures will open as lightbox overlay, but is it possible to open the post-content as overlay. Actually I just want to display also the TEXT I write to portfolio items (my items can be pictures or videos).

By default, fetured images will be dsiaplyed in a light box, but there is additional option from every portfolio page from where you can set custom image / video http://screencast.com/t/CK5ixFEW0 which can be disaplyed instead of a featured image. So you can desing some nice image with text on it in order to be able to achieve this. Unfortuantely, option for dsiaplying portfolio contetnt in a light box does not exist.

Not showing menu background color. The transparency is always 0.
Tried 2 cases:
Case 1
Header Transparency set to .7 in options. On page Initial Header Transparency is blank.
header.php shows:

Case 2
Header Transparency set to .7 in options. On page Initial Header Transparency is set to .8.
header.php shows:

You are probbably referring to excerpts and excerpt for blog list or portfolio list can’t read shortcodes and because of that we implemented Excerpt field for each blog single, portfolio single, page etc. You just need to go in your back-end Posts > Each post > And below text editor or visual composer, you can find Excerpt field, just add here what ever you want to display for that post on blog list.
