When I click on Portfolio, I want the departments to be sorted with their thumbnails instead of single portfolios. I want to see the galleries inside when the subcategories are clicked.

Hi, thanks for the info. Its great that the theme as built in responsive settings for the headings, but i also need it for other page sections.
Have you tested the UA for Visual composer? Since the page builder your theme uses is Visual Composer, would be great to know before I acquire the theme, if it works or if you dont recomend it at all

Hello undsgn! I am really interested in purchasing the uncode wordpress theme, it’s the best I have found for my needs. However, I have some concerns…I want to build a left sidebar menu website for a design portfolio, but seeing some examples from your showcase with this type of menu, like deep.nl or http://www.correalucia.com.ar/portfolio-classic/, and others, the loading time is… quite slow… very slow for some of these, compared to websites that don t have sidebar menu. I do not intend for flash speed websites, but I would like mine to be fairly responsive and quick. Is there an issue with this type of sidebar menu, or any explanation as to why this is so slow? Thanks, I thought the absence of images comes from a faulty installation. I haven’t resolved the issue of the menu…I have not had any problem with installation, should I just uninstall and reinstall the theme?

We are sorry but actually we don’t have any report of users with this plugins, there are more 30.000 plugins out there and it’s not possible to test also the minor ones. I think the plugins should work out of the box since just act on the default index page but cannot assure this 100% without have tested.

I’ve just noted this simptom only occurs when wordpress 4.7 is installed. I’ve a clone site running the older wordpress version and no issues found. When updated, the “Media Not Available” appears in all the thumbnails. Will you fix this?
Hi leowys, we are sorry but actually we don’t have any other reports about this kind of issue, if anyway this is confirmed as a possible WP4.7 issue you’ll find the fix in the next update don’t worry, sorry but this is just the Envato support policy and there should be also taken in account users that have renewed or have support not expired. I hope this make sense for you, form your words it seems it’s something Undsgn want offer your while these are just the license terms you have for support.
ps: in the case some issues with the theme are discovered fixes are public and accessible from here. I know you have to commint to envato’s policy, the problem is i disagree with that policy… sometimes between the time of license purchase por a client site and the midtime staging development of that site, when suport is really needed, takes a lot of time and the support was ended… Maybe instead of months can be counted on “tickets” to have more time to have support…. just a though… Anyway, Thanks for you kind answer.

This is just the marketplace support item policy, please note that there are other marketplaces where you anyway have to pay an annual fee both for the theme both for the support and the Envato offer is really good compared. No marketplaces or WordPress services offer you life time support. We have modified the support login according to the Envato support terms just a week ago, before we’ll offer support also with support period not valid, but we have had users that have built really dozen of site with Uncode with just 1 purchase. Offer support for dozen of site with 1 purchase and support period expired was no more sustainable for our support team and we needed to follow the policy strictly. Hope you can understand.

Thank you for understanding… Anyway take on eye on the page I have linked, here you can find the known issue and fixes always updated, if there is a theme problem this will be part of the next update and in case if you need to resolve soon you can always try to recreated the same carousel with Visual Composer Media Gallery used as carousel, you can end with the exact page layout.

Hi Bundlinfo, no sorry this is not possible, we are one of the most flexible themes but in the limits of what you show own our demo, you cannot see Lightbox blog posts in none of the 200+ pages of our demo. Unfortunately I don’t think there is a quick plugin you can install to make this work.

Couple of questions:
1. Does the photography theme have the option to keep the menu open at the last place you clicked? On the demo, it reloads itself whenever you click on the menu, meaning you have to re-navigate every time.
2. Can I set the size and width of the thumbnails and margins in all of the gallery pages?

I’ve noticed that in the responsive galleries, if I maximize my window on a 4k monitor, the images become very, very large – larger than their actual dimensions – is there a way to lock the maximum size of the images at, say, 1000px, regardless of how big you make the window?

IS there a way to set a maximum size for thumbnails in the gallery? I really don’t want my work stretching any larger than 300 pixels if I maximise the window.

Uncode uses a tailored version of the popular iLightbox plugins and unfortunately this is not an option, when zoomed you see the original images in the original size until there is room to extend, there is not an option to limit an image to fixed size, you should upload smaller pictures if you want they are small when opened.
