The height of the navigation is calculated dynamically based on the size of the Logo. It is likely that this calculation has gone wrong. To fix it, kindly remove and re-upload the logo to reset the height calculation. If the issue persists, use the following CSS code to fix the issue -

body.header-transparent #header-wrap #navigation{
    line-height: 102px;
}

You need to paste the code in the custom CSS section under OSHINE OPTIONS > GENERAL SETTINGS.

By the way it looks like you have setup the slider using Revolution Slider plugin, so you will have to use it responsive controls to optimize its appearance in mobile devices as its got nothing to do with the theme.

The issue would have occurred if you had an older version of Oshine Theme while updating the Page Builder. To fix the issue, You have update the theme to its latest version via the METHOD 2 – USING THE FTP as mentioned in this link here -http://www.brandexponents.com/oshine-knowledgebase/knowledge-base/update-theme/ .

If you are not aware to using the FTP method, do email us your URL, wp-admin id and password along with the FTP details (Host URL, username and password) so we can restore it for you.

Email the details via the Private Message form in the Support Tab in themeforest and the support team will attend to this..

I am not sure if I understand the questions correctly. However, I guess you mean to ask about resizing the video once it is opened in lightbox. If so, the video will naturally be sized as per its aspect ratio in the source file, and in case you need to view in full screen, you can use the full screen option in the Video Controller.

Apologies, like i said, there isn’t an option to modify the size of the video when it is opened in Lightbox. You can add any required custom CSS in the section under OSHINE OPTIONS > GENERAL SETTINGS to override the styling given in magnific-popup.css.

The Background Color can be modified under BACKGROUND panel and Typography of the Title can be changed under TYPOGRAPHY > CONTENT AREA > Page Title module in the Options Panel. However the positioning and layout of the Title bar cannot be modified.

You can change the description in the Wordpress Dashboard under SETTINGS > GENERAL. Apart from this, I would suggest you use the WPSSO plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpsso/ . This plugin provides option to generate open graph tags to optimise sharing across social media channels. You can choose the image and content that needs to be shared.

Hi Paul,

Kindly edit the images in the media library and unset the description field where you have entered captions for these images. It is not possible for them to appear all of a sudden, unless you have entered descriptions recently. You can also use the following css snippet to hide the captions altogether incase you don’t wish to edit each image individually.

Kindly install the Woocommerce plugin which is what that powers the shop functionality. Upon installing the plugin, you can use their wizard to install the shop, cart and checkout pages. Kindly refer the knowledgebase article here which explains how you can setup these three pages. Woocommerce itself has a comprehensive documentation online – https://docs.woocommerce.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/ which explains how you can add your products, configure shipping and payments etc.
