Hello guys. You theme is perfect for me!. Just a question. When I create a Portfolio item with a video and I open this page, when I click on menu button (full page menu) the video appears over the menu. How can I solve this?

This is great theme, but a had some problem when tried to activated this product to import demo content.. They said, “This purchase code has been used in another domain!”.​​​ I knew this because i’ve activate this licence on my demo domain (http://putihitambrand.com), and now I don’t know how to revoke this domain from the licence, so I can install this theme licence on my Project Website. Thank’s for your help

License works for one product only and you can’t transfer licenses. You must purchase another license if you want to use product on another domain.

Hi, I’m trying to send you a ticket via Ticksy but keep getting an error message. How can I edit the style of my buttons? I’ve tried doing custom CSS in my child theme, but it ​seems to be completely ignoring it. Specifically I want to change the font size, border radius and height of the buttons.

Hi guys – a few questions about the shop demo (full width shop).

1. Instead of opening up a new page when you click on a product, is there an option to have a lighbox pop up with product details?

2. Instead of the option to “add to cart” is there a way for me to customize the text to say “Buy on Amazon” and have the button click through to a product page on amazon? I’m essentially trying to re-create what canopy.co does, taking advantage of the Amazon Affiliates program and passing shoppers onto Amazon’s website for them to complete their purchase.

Short version: I cannot register my product (404 popup screen) and I cannot send a ticket to support as it says ‘No Products Purchased’.

Dear Laborator,

I recently purchased this theme (Kalium) from themeforest.net, for which I created an Envato account.

After installing the theme and most of the plugins via Wordpress (Advanced Custom Fields gives me a ‘Fatal Error’, is there a fix for that?), I got the cue to update Kalium. However, this is not possible until I register the product.

The problem: everytime I click the ‘Activate Product’ button, I get a popup saying ‘Error 404 – Not a valid product!’ Basically, I am unable to register my product at this point.

I looked at your article on License Activation (https://laborator.ticksy.com/article/9451/), but this has unfortunately not been any help for me.

Therefore, I tried to send a ticket via Laborator Support. After logging in, however, it says that I have ‘No Products Purchased’, which leaves me unable to send a ticket.

Hope to hear a response to these problem from you soon!

Thanks Ylli, the ticket system is now working and I sent you a ticket about the product registration error.

All the content on the homepage, and the slider…. are they part of an easy setup, or using Visual Compser only? I’ve often had issues with VC. Thanks.

This is how the Homepage of our Main demo is organized.

So the slider is made on the Revolution Slider and is called on Visual Composer to show on that page.

And the Portfolios are created from the Portfolios page but we have used Visual Composer to show portfolios on the homepage.

www.yourwebsite.com/portfolio is generated automatically as user creates projects.

2) Does Kalium compatible with smooth scroll plugin and VC Ultimate addon plugin?

2— We haven’t tested the first plugin, as for the VC Ultimate Addons plugin, we have seen some users using this plugin, so Kalium must support it.

3— We can’t give that information, but as the most of the great things, it will not happen forever :)

Parallax can be achieved with the Visual Composer very easily. But the plugin don’t offer the exact parallax as you see on that site.

I do have 2.0.3.1 – but mind that the newest version is zipped inside the whole package. I still have the same error message anyway. You are short of 4th parameter – eg. depth=0

Hi Guys, I have installed the Education theme from Kalium, it’s great and looks amazing! I have a question though about the homepage slider. I can seem to add any images to it. It has the text which changes, but I can’t add images to it, as per the live demo theme. Any ideas what I need to do to make this happen? Thanks.

The new update to Kalium Version: 2.0.3.1 is not working correctly. My website (http://www.party0.org/) is not displaying correctly and the WP Admin bar is not even showing up when viewing my website while logged in. Please fix this issue!

In the meantime can you please provide me with a link to the previous version of Kalium 1.9 to my website is working?

This is not a theme problem, you just need to go to Users > Your Profile and then you will see Toolbar section, tick the Show Toolbar when viewing site and then click save.

I’m trying to create a sticky footer menu. I set the .main-header to not be displayed and used a single image with some padding for the top.
