Hi. I’m trying to translate into Spanish but I can not. My WordPress is in Spanish, so I already see everything in Spanish. But:
1. there is no consistency in the terms “you” and “you”. They are mixed. So I want to unify the customer deal in just one of them.
2. The “Search …” and “All Categories” texts of the search form located in the header are not translated.
I have tried with different Spanish: es_ES, es_MX, etc. But none apply.
I deleted the cache but that’s not it, because when I switch to English or another language it changes immediately.

If you want to translate this search word and other English words then you have to translate the theme’s default languages files into your language. You can find these files inside wp-content/themes/porto/languages folder en_GB.po and .mo files.
If you are not able to do that then please give us WP admin and FTP login details of your site and hosting through our support system so we will do it for you.

Please go to Admin Panel >> Ultimate >> Google Map >> Insert the API key. But this option is available only in the latest version of Ultimate Addons for VC.

I’m wondering if you have a roadmap for your development open for us to see like other best seller themes has ex: Avada , X the theme and so on?
Would be nice to have a community forum for porto too like Avada , X the theme and other has.
i think it would be a good way to interact with your clients and see what they would like to get as features in the long run in porto.
Adding a vote option for features for porto would also be nice to have it could help with which features ppl need 1st.
Got to say that it made me thinking 2-5 times more befor geting porto as i did not see thos community option available for this theme. I sure im not the only one.
I got to say im still worry about the future development of porto as we as clients don’t seem to know where this theme will be going with features or if we have a say in what we need as the development goes on.

On my contact page, if you fill it out and submit it, it doesn’t work. It just says “there was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”
I’m trying to find out why it isn’t working and ensure that the message would be forwarded to the appropriate e-mail address (info@smallseedconsulting.com)

I think you have not added the email information in the contact form. Please go to Contact >> Contact Form >> Edit the contact form which you are using on the contact page >> Click the Email Tab and fill the all required fields then it will work for you.
If you are not able to do that then please contact us through our support system with your site details we will set it for you.

After updating the theme; The Porto Concept and Porto Map do not extend 100% of the screen. Any ideas? The live version is fine on PHP 4.5 but on my localhost it’s running 5.6. Any ideas?

I think you have only updated the theme, not the theme required plugins. Please go to Porto >> Plugins >> Update all plugins. Then check your site after removing the browser cache.

Hi. I’m having trouble with price display. I installed a demo version with Demo and it looks all good. But when I install the store clean, without demos, at the time of publishing products prices are smaller: 11 pts.
