Kindly go to OSHINE OPTIONS -> GLOBAL SITE LAYOUT SETTINGS and there you can find an option named “Disable Dynamic Menu Color Change on Slider Revolution”. Check that option in order to stop the automatic color transition of the menu based on the color scheme of the slider image. In order to always set it to white, kindly edit the page where you have used this slider and in the header and hero section settings set the Header color scheme as “Light”.

Thanks for the kind words and apologies about the issues you are facing with tatsu! But kindly note that this is a server issue, this problem occurs only in sites powered by nginx server or with older php versions and we have already released a compatibility fix yesterday which addresses this issue! Kindly update to oshine 5.0.1 to get this sorted out!

Have you updated TATSU to version 1.0.1 ? If you are having issues even after updating to version 1.0.1, then kindly share your wordpress admin url, ID and password to help@brandexponents.com and we will investigate asap. Other users who had issues saving the builder with version 1.0.1 have confirmed that their problems were resolved.

Incase your issues persist, kindly share your wordpress admin url, ID and password to help@brandexponents.com and we will look into the issue asap. In your case, the problem is most likely because you haven’t either converted the pages to tatsu or you probably still have the BE Page Builder active ( which has to be disabled after conversion ). In any case do not worry, we have already ensured smooth transition for hundreds of websites and your content will not get lost.

We have already released an update with a fix for this issue. Kindly download the latest theme package from the DOWNLOADS section of your themeforest account. Inside the package you will find the latest version of TATSU, under a folder named Plugins. Kindly delete the tatsu plugin that you have already installed and then upload and install the new downloaded version.

If you downloaded the theme file from themeforest, then there isn’t any trojon or virus you need to worry about. It nothing but a false alarm. We are not receiving any warnings in our computers or servers and I have already tested this across various servers.

Apologies but there isn’t an option for this. You can put your post / page in private mode, so that it isn’t visible at all in the front end, but there isn’t a way to show 2 separate versions of the same page. It isn’t an option even with the default wordpress editor. What you can do is duplicate the page ( DUPLICATE POST plugin), put it in private mode and edit it to your liking in Tatsu, while your original version is public. Then when you are ready to publish your changes, all you should do is, go to the edit screen of your page that is in private mode, switch to the default wordpress editor, copy all the contents from the editor, edit your public page , switch it to the default wordpress editor and replace its contents with the one you copied. Save the page. Edit it with Tatsu once and simple save it again so that you wont have the title bar. This alternative should work.

Tatsu page builder looks great, a time saver specially for those like me who are not experts in wp.

Oshine 5.0 is a major update where we have discontinued the BE Page Builder ( which you need to disable ) and introduced a new front end page builder. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8z4FSMLtWoQ

We currently do not have copy paste functionality in the new Tatsu builder, however its the first thing in our pipeline and you should expect an update in a week’s time with the new feature. In order to add a google maps module to a widget area, you will have to manually enter the shortcode for now. Please find the reference below and fill in the attribute values under the quotes.

Copy / Paste shortcode functionality will be available in Tatsu real soon. Stay tuned. Appreciate your patience as our first priority currently is to ensure users have a smooth transition.

Hi,

Our developer has already responded to your email resolving your issue. The problem was because of one of the numerous 3rd party plugins you had installed. A couple of them were generating javascript errors in the page. Before criticising our update, kindly note that this was tested our among 100 beta users, issues were ironed out and then launched. We obviously cannot test for compatibility with thousands of plugins out there or the numerous server configurations. Of course iFrames were tested out. FYI, the video module and google maps module are both iframes and if they were working any other iframe would. And again iFrames are not a simple concept as you assume. This is just the first release of the plugin, and we have been pro-active listening to our customers, responding to issues swiftly and will be releasing constant updates with bug fixes and new features, making the product more stable and powerful. Most of the issues after our initial launch have been because of server configurations and 3rd party plugins. Thousands of customers have already migrated to the new builder and only a few tens of issues reported here. Its been a smooth transition for a majority of users.

Thanks Swami for your response but the site has not being fixed… I don’t know what you guys fixed but the calendar Iframe on my page is still the same. Without any way for me to delete this code or for it to work. It works well when you try to edit it (it shows) but live it doesn’t. Here is the URL http://gustavourena.com/investment/

and FYI most users are not one individual user. I just need my business site to work properly the way it was after this big update. From what I can see your calendar is working just fine in the front end, and your users shouldn’t have any issues either. Script tags are stripped from the builder for security reasons ( to prevent xss attacks ) and therefore your frame doesn’t display in the page builder. If you had used just an iFrame tag your then there wouldn’t have been any issues viewing it in the editor. It was the additional script that you had included directly via the editor that was causing the issue. Our developer has sent you a detailed mail with a video explaining this. We have also a made hot fix for the lightbox issue in gallery.
