ı dont want to use breadcrumbs how can ı take off

Breadcrumbs and the page title bar will not appear unless you have the PAGE WITH TITLE page template or if you are NOT using the page builder. That is saved the page after switching to the default editor instead of using Tatsu. It may also appear if you have the BE Page Builder plugin active after migration to version 5.0 and tatsu. Let me know if it isn’t any of these cases, in which case kindly share your website url.

I’m using the blog style with small thumbnails. This happened after installing oshin 5.0.1. Where can i change this? I can’t find this in the general options, do I need to customize this? I like to hear from you soon.

Thanks for your theme, also for the installation guide for version 5.0.
My question: The WPML plugin (multi-lingual plugin) does not work, the whole site is turning in white when I install this plugin. Is it already testen with the new version 5.0. and Wordpress 4.7.? What could be the problem? This is my site: www.salesmarketeer.nl.

I am glad you fixed this. May I know what the issue was, because no other customer has had a problem with WPML. We tested tatsu with it and didn’t have issues in our setups as well.

When I turned on WPML my homepage turned white. But after configuration it worked fine. So I maybe was a little bit early with my comment
The only problem I have right now is that Tatsu keeps loading in my English pages, but don’t open the edit screen, where I can change and add modules and stuff. What could be the problem?

We need to investigate the see what the problem is. Looks like a 3rd party plugin issue. Please deactivate all 3rd party plugins except wpml and the ones included with the theme and see if any one of it is causing a conflict. When you say ‘light’ do you mean the Hero Section Settings. If you set it to Light , the navigation color scheme should be WHITE. Please share the link to this page, so that I can investigate the issue and if required will provide a custom css fix.

I lost everything when I migrated to Oshine 5.0. Someone has the version without Tatsu to download so I can start over again? Tatsu has too many bugs and I lose all the changes every time
It is IMPOSSIBLE for the content to go away during a theme update. The content resides in your database while the theme update, changes just the files. When I checked your site you had reset your wordpress completely. You are probably resetting your database, which is why you are losing your content. I have already imported the v17 demo as per your request.

It looks like you are using an outdated version of PHP. ( 5.2 or less ). Kindly contact your hosting provider and update your server to PHP version 5.3 and above and then you will be able to activate TATSU. As you can see from the recommendations of wordpress itself, it is not advisable to use such older versions. – https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

Hi when I view my blog on my phone 4 to 5 text characters are missing at the beginning of each sentence in my blog posts and some at the end of the sentence. Ive tried changing the content width and still no changes. How do I ensure that my content is not getting chopped off from one device to another especially on a phone. I’ve changed the view to phone and made changes and still my content does not fit on the phone. The post created using tatsu has been the issue.
One I reverted the column back to just one it keeps the full text.

It’s a question about description on the left in this website http://www.agnieszkapiatkowska.com/portfolio/amarantusowe_gofry I have a nice text box with an icon, client and category description and on that site : http://www.agnieszkapiatkowska.com/portfolio/kokosowa_quinoa_z_truskawkami/ I have a different layout and I tried to copy every setting from the first website to have it exactly the same . or maybe there is a way to duplicate portfolio item with all of it’s settings ?

I am really glad you like our theme.
1. This is a left fixed sidebar portfolio page which is a template file. Tatsu is a page builder and is only used to edit the text in this case. That’s how it was with the old builder as well. The images there actually come from the backend. We may integrate meta settings from the backend in Tatsu, in one of our upcoming updates.
2. To duplicate a portfolio item, kindly install and use the DUPLICATE POST plugin ( free plugin available in wordpress repository ). You will be able to clone an entire post / page / portfolio with all its settings.

I can’t see Tatsu in wordpress, I tested it on different Browsers, different machines, and still can’t locate Tatsu as I’ve seen it on tutorials I’ve watched. If you have a clue what the problem might be I would appreciate it.

Kindly go to PAGES -> ADD NEW or EDIT and you can see a EDIT WITH TATSU button right above the wordpress editor. Yes Upgraded php version with host and that did the trick. Now I can’t load templates when I click on the button nothing shows up except a blank box. I thought what I purchased came with some templates?
Also I can’t see where to delete the pages which is listed at the bottom of my site.
I found the part to delete pages from the bottom, still can’t find templates.

I think you haven’t imported a demo content of your choice. Also I’m getting this message: PHP version 5.3.0 or above is required for “Master Slider” plugin I can’t figure out how to upgrade the php version and I’ve tried three different ways.
So far the experience is terrible. Also it’s ridiculous to drive traffic to your site by getting comments with what is mostly complaints and problems with the program.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. The issue occurs because you are using an older version of PHP ( 5.2 or less ) which doesn’t support the advanced functions we are utilising that are available in later versions of PHP. Kindly contact your hosting provider and ask them to update your php version. That will resolve the issue. If you would like a hot fix to the issue immediately kindly share your Wordpress admin URL, id and password and I will do the needful. But it is imperative that you update your php version for compatibility with our future updates to the plugin. Unfortunately your poor experience is more so because of your server ( outdated ) and not because of our product.

Thanks for purchasing our theme. It looks like you have imported the demo content, but not followed the rest of the steps in the import process. Basically you need to setup your Home page, Blog Page and Main menu, to make your site look like the demo. Kindly go to SETTINGS -> READING and set your front page ( Home – in your case Work ) and posts page (BLOG ). Subsequently go to APPEARANCES -> MENUS and set the imported menu as your MAIN MENU. That’s it.

After upgrading to the new version and Tatsu, all seems to work well except for a couple things…
1. The Masonry blog style overlays the “Theme Color” over the thumbnail images on the general blog posts page. If I switch to small thumbnail or large then it displays the featured image with no overlay as expected. How to remove the constant overlay from the Masonry style blog?

Having just updated to the latest version of the theme and plugins as described in the knowledge base article. We have unfortunately lost our google map from the contact page. On Tatsu and the site itself it shows a box with the error “Google Maps API KEY is missing”. Can you please advise how I can fix this?

Google Maps recently changed their API where by a API key is required for accessing maps in all domains. Kindly go to OSHINE OPTIONS -> GLOBAL SITE LAYOUT SETTINGS and enter your Google Maps API key. Follow the instructions here to generate your API Key – https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key/

Hi Swami, I think there are issue with resize in portfolio Fullscreen Slider. I have put some 1920×1280 photos but if I check from my laptop (1366×768 resolution screen) Chrome and also Firefox when browser’s window is maximized doesn’t show the images correctly resized and bottom part of images are cut off. I have only changed the default images in Nature portfolio with my images. Can you check my page here please

Thanks for purchasing our theme and apologies for the inconvenience caused. The error does not mean that a file is missing or that the theme is broken. The issue is because you are uploading the wrong zip file. The zip you downloaded from themeforest is a master package with various things like sample content, theme file, child theme, documentation links etc. You need to extract this master zip and upload just the theme file named OSHINE.ZIP

Hi Melissa,
Yes you can use the default Visual editor of wordpress to build your pages. If you want to build multi-column layouts and make use of the styling modules then you can use Tatsu. You can use Tatsu for certain pages and the default wordpress editor for certain pages or use either one for all pages. Its totally upto you.
