yes, BeTheme is compatible with multisite but on our end, we used separate WordPress instance for each pre-built website what means we have over 230 WP installations for demo presentation. However, we do not have any total size of them. Of course the same look as on demo comes with the import but did you know that once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only?
