I just have one red error, and is WP Memory Limit, but I dont know why when I import the demo options, the title of the product is well, and then I just change the logo and the information is gone. The problem is that this page is for a client and my support has ended and they just want this change and then everything is alright.

I can’t see that information on the welcome screen of the theme. I do not have any errors right now. The thing is that when I load the demo content the item title is good, and the only change that I made was the logo, after that, the product name dissapear.

For example if a page have 5 thumbnails clicking first thumbnail will open lightbox with group of 10 images, then second thumbnail will have own 5 images etc

No sorry you cannot create this effect, you can create the layout but not the images changes on links hover.

Prior to the latest version of Uncode I used to be able to specify an alternate video source for WebM and OGV using the Alternative video source 1 & Alternative video source 2 fields in the Media Library. These no longer save (even if I click “edit more details” and then manually click save. It will save the Autoplay, Loop, and Media Poster ID just not the alternate video fields. Vimeo or YouTube are not viable options for me.

Yes you can use video but in the specific Metro layout you can only display a poster image instead of the video. I hope this make sense, only the metro layout use a replacement image.

Thank you, honestly no, it isn’t, and yes, colors and style are very similar, I admit it. But as many other themes here, I think. I hope Mood offers something different as well, like parallax blocks, fixed footer, unconventional layout… of course if you see a simple grid blog or a parallax shop, it is very hard create something different with a similar style.

Thank you for such an elaborate answer!
We bought uncode last June, familiarized with it for a couple of weeks, and then had other projects. Only recently did we return to it for serious work, with the caveat of support period already expired.
But that’s OK as it’s according to established rules.
We do perfectly understand the burden of answering the many requests that a popular theme like uncode involves. And we’re quite OK with the fact that such support cannot freely extend for life, as it is not financially sustainable.
The only point we underline is that public tickets should be left open to uncode purchasers who have not renewed their support period. As they cannot make requests, they cannot represent any load or charge for your support team. But maybe that’s an infrastructure imposed by Envato.
For sure, we support the idea or concept of a patch tool.
Nevertheless, we want uncode to remain popular as this is the only way to ensure that our long term website, a rather big one, will remain updated and free of trouble. For that, we are prepared to pay for extended support and for ongoing theme development.

It’s such a shame, that when the support time runs out, you can not even just “read” the designated support-forum anymore. In 90% of the time, I’ve found my solution on other people asking a similiar question. I understand that one may not make a new request after some time, but I’ve started late with the real process and now I am stuck on several points.

Hello. I never complained about a limited support time, or questioned wether there exists one or not and why. Also I never complained about bugs or that you can’t have unlimited support tickets. So I am not sure where 90% of this reply is coming from. The only thing I am adressing is that you are not able to READ the forums anymore. You are making all this value information that already exists inavailabe instead of just simply make the accounts, that ran out of support time, unable to create new tickets or reply to existing threats. Which is a shame, because – like said – 90% of my problems where solved by reading other peoples questions and given solutions, without creating a ticket or post on my own. Without this I am sometimes stuck for hours, before I can figure out what the f*ck is going wrong.

When I first met Uncode I thought my search for the perfect theme is over. Here was a theme I could use for multiple clients without spinning up a bunch of websites that looked like clones. Unfortunately, what seemed to be a great idea for these developers stopped short of taking you through the last mile. While it’s true that there’s enough flexibility built into the theme to develop great looking sites, the developers did not finish the work in terms of thoroughly testing the functionalities that support their claim of not having to write code. There are options in VC that simply do not respond such as customizing the row color, margins, etc. In addition, I am surprised that an issue I had 6 months ago still exist in the current version which is it is virtually impossible to install this theme on GoDaddy hosting without making changes to the.ini file. When you install the child theme via FTP, it won’t find the parent theme because there are nested folders inside the theme folder. Doh! That is so easy to fix but will they take time to do it? Nah. I’d be happy to update this feedback once I see effort on the author’s part to fix these bugs/issues.

Sorry but actually we don’t have any reports about problem with row colors, margins etc… this is super tested stuff any Uncode users is using as you can see from the customer showcase (https://undsgn.com/uncode/showcase/). If something is wrong for your installation we need to check why you have these issues, sorry but it’s impossible to help you in words for possible issues no other users have reported so far. The problems with GoDaddy are note and are not caused by Uncode by the low performance this host give you natively, I suggest to read this article and check the links at the bottom of the page, you can also search on Google this is one of the bad host you can use with WordPress:

At the same we don’t have any report for issue with Child Theme, I think that if there is an issue some users should have reported after 16.000+ sales.

The problem is, you removed my access to your support site. That’s sucks. You should not remove access to the knowledge base for your buyers. Yes, you can stop support after it’s expired but the KB should be available to buyers. It took me a while to go back to using this theme because of all the bugs and now that I’m in the groove, my support is expired and I’d rather not have to pay extra for it.

As promised, I am back with an update. UnCode support did provide the solutions to my issues which didn’t require having to log in to the ticket system. All worked so I’m back in business and happy with the theme. The only feedback I have is for Uncode to incorporate the solution to the issues in the next version of the theme rather than asking the buyers to reinstall some plugins and files. The easier you make it for your customers, the less time you have to spend answering support tickets.
But all in all, I’m happy with the theme and I think it rocks!
