What can you say for it?

ConvertPlug does work with X as it is an Extension. We also work closely with the developer of that tool to address any issues that may come up. While Addons to a 3rd party plugin like ConvertPlug are outside the scope of our own support, we do make sure X works with all Extensions and will connect with the developer directly if there is any issue on our end that we can help address.

Just a presales question, is there a way to configure this theme so that the home page looks like that on http://theme.co/x/ (with menu items at bottom and then sticky) and then have each link go to a different page, but on those pages keep the menu on top?
Yes indeed! Our Ethos 03 Demo was setup to recreate the look of that page. You can install the structural layout similar to this using our demo content importer then replace with your own content.

I did the Ethos 3 Demo import, it imported only the home page, with no slider as per your demo. Also it did not import any of the other pages? Is there a way for it to import all of those?
No, the Standard Demos are just structure (explained on the demo page). If you want a full recreation of images, pages, and everything you would need to select from one of the Expanded Demos. There is no mention of Google Adsense or ads in the features or demos. Does this theme support it, how? Or i would need a 3rd party plugin to achieve this? If is the case wich one would you suggest?

Thanks for writing in. You would need to either use a plugin, or put your Adsense code directly in your page content. We don’t have any specific plugin recommendations. In our experience, X works great with any plugins coded to WordPress best practices.
With regular license, can I use for only one domain? What if I change my domain name. Because I’m building a test website.

Thanks for writing in. No problem! You can change the domain at any time, as long as you’re only using each X license on a single production site. It’s perfectly fine to setup additional sites for testing, staging or development without violating the license. In fact, our validation system even supports adding a development URL so you can conveniently get automatic updates.

Our page builder (Cornerstone) allows you to add custom HTML or even javascript snippets per page. If it needs to be managed in a plugin, having the codes per page would depend on what is supported by the plugin you’re using. In our experience, X works great with any plugins coded to WordPress best practices.

Hi X theme, I have read the comment about learndash. Over 3 years people asking if the theme work with Learndash. Until now, I would also ask again if you guys have developed the theme to compatible with Learndash yet? As I’m interested to buy it though, but I don’t want to get headache try to fix all issues that people who has purchased it had got.
P.S. Is the theme compatible with Learndash?

Hi, I’m trying to edit a skin in The Grid. I’ve searched the documentation for the plugin. It talks of ‘demo files’ – these are zip files that I should be able to edit. I can’t find them anywhere in X theme extensions. Are they not included?

I have been researching your theme extensively and comparing it to a few other of the top themes on Theme Forest. I was wanting to ask what your refund policy is, if I buy the theme and don’t like it. I recently purchased The7 theme and experienced issues. However when I asked for a refund they gave me the run around and would never refund my purchase.I basically just want assurance that I won’t go through the same ordeal again, thanks
Hi There, I am very interested in buying your theme. I have watched many tutorials and love your front end editor Cornerstone. My only reservation is not seeing a way to simply add a calendar. I am creating a website for a Jiu Jitsu academy so it is crucial that I can add a good calendar and post events. It seems I would have to use a third party plugin which I know you can’t recommend but from my research online I keep seeing people report third party plugins for calendars or timetables not working with this theme. Can you please let me know if 1. Am I missing something and is there a way to add a class schedule or timetable without a third party plugin? 2. And if not, can you confirm that these types of third party plugins do work with this theme? Again, I really want to use this theme but need to have an easy solution for adding a class schedule or timetable. Thanks for your time!

There isn’t a way to create a time-table/events calendar without using a 3rd Party plugin, however many different event calendars do work with X, including popular ones such as “The Events Calendar”. The main issue with most is by default they output their content using the incorrect page template, but this can be easily changed from the “page” template drop down on your events page and if you have any problems our support staff are there to help.

Many of our customers use various 3rd party event and ticketing solutions with X, but regretfully we don’t have any official recommendations. As long as the plugin is well developed and supported you shouldn’t have any issues (may just need to work on the styling if you want it to match the look of your site).

Yes, you can use an icon in the Card Element. Regretfully there is not a live demo to play with nor a native modal popup (there is a way to have modal functionality using one of our included Extensions though).

Although the template installs a demo template, the extensions and video content and formatting and menus and other options are left for the customer to continue stalling. so the demo options aren’t exactly available out of the box. some rather annoying self assembly is required.
Do any of these demos install completely - as pictured on your sales page - video and text and images—everything?

The demos work just as explained on our demos page. There are two different types: Standard and Expanded. Please read the difference between the two as the serve different purposes and provide different starting points.

Actually, the demo content doesn’t load … After attempting to install demo content, the message “sorry, the demo content failed to import.” Some Googling of this revealed that many people have this problem, and because I didn’t think to Google this first, now I’m having this problem … after I spent the money.
You neither mention nor fix what are apparently common flaws in this template then make it a hassle to get the theme working.

This is not a problem with the theme, it’s a problem with your site/host. The reason you see “many people” with this problem is because we have such a large customer base and people host with many different hosts some of which severely throttle resources. The vast majority of our customers install demo content just fine, and if you would like a member of our team to help investigate the cause of your issue, they’ll be happy to do so in our support forum.
