Hi,
We have an issue with the page builder image gallery. When we try to upload around 20 images, it stops working.
In the console, we get an error.
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 504 ()
Have you seen this issue before and how can we fix it?
Ps We have increased the max input vars to 6000.

Since it is 500 error, it is probably server related. Check with your host if there is some error inside error log file. Before that you can try standard debugging procedure like updating everything theme and plugins to latest versions, and also to try to disable all 3rd party plugins one by one and to test every time. Hi, I am just saying that using the theme with vertical split screen, on the left side I have a vertical menu. If I try to style the fonts in Qode>Fonts>Header&Menu>2nd Level Wide Menu, nothing happens. Do I have to submit a ticket for this?

Yes, login to your WP admin. In the same browser window, open instagram.com in a new tab, and logout from any profile you’re logged in at the moment.
Then go to Qode Options -> Social, and click Reconnect button for Instagram, and it will ask you for a new account you want to login to.
If this fails, submit a ticket to https://qode.ticksy.com with WordPress admin access and our support team will check this on your end.

Edit your home page which contain slider and edit slider shortcode and remove height value https://www.screencast.com/t/yfviubEVmH and slider will become full height.

When transitions are turned on, header and footer are not reloaded, only content get reloaded, so if you need to integrate audio player which will work when you navigate trough you website make sure to place audio player script or call to audio files within header.php or footer.php.

Hello, I purchased and installed my theme two days ago. I keep getting this error for the Revolution Slider:
Installing Plugin: Revolution Slider
Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
Destination folder already exists. /home/cont3ntfactory/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/
Plugin install failed.
I’ve tried deleting the folder via FTP and re-installing the plug-in and get the same message. My domain & hosting are through GoDaddy.
Any thoughts on how to fix this? Thanks!

Please try again to delete revslider folder, wait for about 5 minutes, and then try to install it again. If you continue to experience this problem, then you can try to unpack revslider installation, and to upload its content manually over FTP inside wp-content/plugins/revslider folder, or simply submit a ticket to our support at https://qode.ticksy.com/ and provide WordPress and FTP admin access in your ticket and they will assist you with this.

Hey I’ve the theme in another account of mine and I’ve a question/problem.
When I go for a new post, theres some setup I can do like Qode General, Qode Header, Qode Post Layout… everytime I create a new one, I change some options, but, always I need to change 5 options, this is a bit anoying.
Is there a way to pre-setup this? Thanks!

If your per page options needs to be different from general options (Qode options) then you have to do this manually every time, but you can use some duplicator plugin in order to clone one of existing posts. You can try with this plugin for example https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-post/

You don’t have to purchase plugins separately because we will include new versions trough theme update. We bought extended license for these plugins (Visual Composer, Layer Slider and Slider Revolution), and we can’t give you license code because of policy and terms of Theme Forest, because of that we included these plugins in our theme (you can find plugins in theme folder/plugins/ there are installation files of these plugins), also we will update these plugins to the latest version with theme update so you just need to wait for next theme update and there will be the latest version of plugins if it exists. Then when you update theme you just need to go to your back-end Plugins and to deactivate/delete these plugin then you will get some notification to install necessary plugins to our theme, then just click to install/activate again these plugins and that will be all. If you don’t get this notification to install necessary plugins, then just go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload -> Find these plugins in our theme folder/plugins select one by one and click import/install.
You can ignore messages about activation these plugins, you have/get inside Plugin settings.
