I submitted this question to theme support a few days ago and have yet to receive an answer: Every time I add a new post the post modules isotope, metro etc… fails to create the desired design that is beautifully laid out in the demo. Are my images too large, too small, do I need an additional plugin? Please advise.

Hello. Wanderfull theme! i’ve just some problem with the configuration of custom menu style. I want to have a default barred menu(text-decoration: line-through), and a no decoration menu when the mouse go over the menu item (text-decoration: none;) but, if i insert these css in “custom css” section of the theme options, i can’t get it… Could you help me please!

Hi theplatinumpenny and sorry for delay! We are sorry but this is not part of the theme, it’s normal for Premium WordPress themes have this kind of widgets to quick show some options. Let us know if this is critical for you.

Hi, ss told above every themes you browse have this widget but this widget is never part of the theme itself, it is used to show some quick theme options. If it’s critical you can also for a refund this is not a problem otherwise you can browse for some free plugins, there are lot that offer this functionality.

Hi, I have a really weird problem. Everything works fine on IE, Firefox, Safari and native Android browser. But on Chrome (IOS, XP, Win7) the featured images on archive-pages don’t show up. Can someone help? Thank you.

Hi! No, on your site everything works as it should. And the latest version is on. It’s probably my fault, cause I made updates (to the content) and after that this strange behaviour appeared. I thought maybe you have heard of this, that’s why I asked. I have to dig into this. Thank you.

Have you some red errors in the System Status? Try to deactivate extra plugins and possible child theme with modifications.

When using the vc posts element to get some news- or portfolio-posts I cant use the metro visualisation style – the featured images disappear (on chrome). Using masonry style everything works – except the visual style on the page is not the same. And I wanted the metro style!
Maybe you can reproduce it and report back if thats it’s the same on your side. Thank you.

Haha barely a delay! We want the social icons to show at the bottom of the hamburger menu when you’re on mobile… but not when you’re on the regular desktop site. Is that possible?

Hello, just purchased your theme. No matter how I install it it I am asked to update the core plugin for the theme. Anytime I try to install one of the plugins, the admin site hangs and nothing happens. I am shown this error each time: “An error occurred while installing Uncode Core: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided” It looks like it thinks that those plugins live in wp_content. When I upload the theme from the Envato download like in the video, I am never asked to activate.
Hi jwuliger! We are sorry you have this issue, it seems that your host block the connection with the plugin. You can try install them via the normal WordPress uploader. If you need to install plugins in the classic WordPress way, you find the plugins inside the folder “uncode/core/plugins_activation/plugins/...” Simply upload the plugins from WordPress > Plugins. Is Uncode still being updated? I noticed the last update was November 2016 and don’t want to put time into developing a site on a theme that may not work with future versions of WordPress
