If you have set the Blog Style correctly and yet they do not reflect in the blog page, then kindly ensure that you have set the Blog page as Posts Page under SETTINGS > READING. Also to limit the content and get the READ MORE link ,you can use the MORE tag in the editor to demarcate the post content.

If you still have issues with the blog style, kindly email your URL, wp-admin id and password via the contact form in the support tab so we can investigate further.

Blog Categories have an archive page for them by default. Follow the pointer in this screenshot to get the link to the category page, so that you can link to it from the menu or elsewhere.

Could you kindly install the HOST PHP INFO plugin and then go to TOOLS -> PHPINFO to check the PHP version you are running on this site ? If you are running version 5.3 and above then you shouldn’t have any issues. I believe your server may be running a lower version of php for this site. If this is confirmed by the above method then you would have to contact your hosting provider and ensure you are running 5.3 and above. Could you kindly share your wordpress admin url, ID and password to help@brandexponents.com so that I can also check the problem and confirm the same.

Hi ,

I checked your site and the problem is that for every section you have set a fixed left and right padding of 120px, which is actually quite big in smaller screens. You actually do not need any left and right padding at all, unless you are using full width rows. So kindly edit them in the page builder and set the right and left padding values to 0.

Do you mean the media query ? Its 767px. You can actually use the following css instead of editing section and unsetting the left and right padding.

The pagination problem with magnific popup was already fixed in OSHINE MODULES plugin version 1.0.3. Kindly update to it and clear your browsers cache. The Description field is what was always being showed under the lightbox. In earlier versions as well. Yes the rearranging of images is a mess. We just realised that instead of reordering, it was swapping the images. The issue is already being fixed and will be updated very soon. Apologies of the inconvenience on that one.

Your Options Panel cache is turned on, which is why the change to the setting didn’t take effect. Kindly go to OSHINE OPTIONS -> GENERAL SETTINGS and turn off cache and save the options panel for your earlier change to take effect.

I am really glad you like the theme.

You may get that notice only in pages like Gallery Page template, or a Portfolio with one of the carousel sliders as a Single Portfolio style. As you can see from the demo, the information box in the sliders is a slide-in panel and is optional. So unless you unable it in the first place you wouldn’t be able to edit the in the builder. So kindly edit the page and enable the SHOW INFORMATION BOX setting as shown here https://cl.ly/2m0a0t1u3f46 and then you will be able to edit it in Tatsu.

Kindly open up a new page with the Tatsu page builder. Add a BUTTON Module and style as per your needs. Set the alignment to NONE though. Then select the Button on the right panel and press CMD + C in a Mac / CTRL + C in a Windows to copy the shortcode. Subsequently go to OSHINE OPTIONS -> TOP HEADER SETTINGS -> HEADER WIDGETS and paste the shortcode ( CMD + V / CTRL + V ) in the CODE CONTENTS text box.

Apologies the be page builder has been discontinued. It can only be used with the old version of the theme, that is version 4.6.1 and is not compatible with version 5.0 and above.

The first part about the Portfolio Grid and having a slider open when one of the items is clicked, is possible. However the second part of being able to click on an image in slider view its exif data is not possible. You can have a description for each slider image, which will be displayed at the bottom left of the image, however the exif data is not something we extract. We can consider this as an option for a future update. Swami

Please do not use a 3rd party google maps plugin as well as our google map module. This will cause the google maps api to be included twice and will cause issue. Google Maps recently changed their API where by a API key is required for accessing maps in all domains. Kindly go to OSHINE OPTIONS -> GLOBAL SITE LAYOUT SETTINGS and enter your Google Maps API key. Follow the instructions here to generate your API Key – https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key/

Then it looks like you are using an outdated version of the theme. Kindly update the theme to version 5.0 and above. This option has been available in version 4.6.1 itself. If you are migrating to the latest version of the theme, then kindly follow all the instructions here http://www.brandexponents.com/oshine-knowledgebase/knowledge-base/migrating-to-oshine-5-0/ to migrate to tatsu from our old builder which has been discontinued.

Apologies but currently we do not have an option to change the speed of the transition. We will consider this as a feature request and add an option in our next update.

I actually just went into the plugin module that controls this animation and edited the typeSpeed. Would be a great feature to add in at a later time. Love your theme and especially your custom page builder. Very impressive!

The minimum size in which the images should be are 650 by 406 . The last 3 images in the gallery do not seem to have to sufficient width and hence they are resized incorrectly by the browser. Kindly upload the image in this dimension and add them in the gallery module to have this fixed.

We have six different blog styles but all of them are for use when the Blog is setup as a separate archive page which is the most common use case. To be honest we have not focussed a lot on blog styles or the use of posts through the page builder and a big part of the reason is the demand. We have not had a lot of requests in this regard and a majority of them are content with the recent posts display in the page builder apart from the regular blog pages we already have. However we have a 6.0 update coming soon where we are working on a number of new styles, especially choosing categories and the number of entries in the RECENT POSTS module. We are also bringing single post styles and an all new blog demo with all the fine details. We may also be including ‘the grid’ premium plugin, which will open up further possibilities. We are targeting the end of march for the release of this update. In the meanwhile you will have to be content with the blog features we currently have as that’s what we have showcased in the demos.
