Kindly follow the suggestion I made to your earlier message, of deactivating the BE Page builder plugin and your problems should be resolved. To have the title and the breadcrumb navigation, kindly edit your pages in the backend and set the page template to PAGE WITH TITLE instead of default.

Hi,

I checked your site and it looks like you are using Slider Revolution in the hero section. You have configured the slider to be auto height which is why it scales down considerably in mobile devices, while your header ( logo ) doesn’t. Adjusting the padding around the logo will not increase the slider’s height. You will have to do it in the slider’s settings or you will have to use a Solid Default Header, instead of a Transparent header.

With regard to the icon opening in a new tab, kindly use the following property, new_tab = 1

Hi, You will have to use custom css to adjust the padding for mobile devices. Give the SECTION enclosing the portfolio module an ID and then use the following css.

@media only screen and (max-width:767px) {
    #SECTION_ID {
        padding-top: 80px !important;
        padding-bottom: 80px !important;
    }
}

Hi,

We have not removed the custom CSS section from the General Settings panel and it should be available for you. If you can email your admin details via the contact message form in the Support Tab we can investigate as to why this option is missing in your site.

Meanwhile you can activate the Child Theme and use the style.css in the child theme to add your custom styling.

Just to clarify; the custom CSS section is not missing, just the CSS code that was there previously. If that code is in the Child Theme, then I’ll try to get it from there. Thanks!

Apologies I am not sure of what custom css code was there in your site, but unless you had written them, you wouldn’t require them for the proper functioning of your site and can just be ignored.

By default the video (self hosted) will auto play if you add it as BG to a Section / Column in TATSU or add it as BG to the Hero Section. Unfortunately, it is not possible to have an embedded video autoplay when you add it using the VIDEO module in TATSU.

Hi,

We have 2 styles of contact form in TATSU (One Column and Two Column) . You can use the Two Column style which by default does not have the Subject Field.

To be able to customize the contact form further, i would suggest you use the Contact Form 7 plugins using which you can have just the fields that you need.

I think something has gone wrong during your import, whereby the logo has been imported incorrectly. Instead of the Oshine logo, a huge has been set as the logo which is the main problem. Kindly go to OSHINE OPTIONS -> LOGO settings panel and set the logo properly. Secondly you have also not completed all the steps in the import process, like setting up the main menus and home & blog pages. Kindly share your wordpress admin access to help@brandexponents.com and we can set it up for you. You can also follow all the steps in here http://www.brandexponents.com/oshine-knowledgebase/knowledge-base/import-demo-content/ to set it up yourself. They are very simple.

Please ignore what was written here above. After exploring the theme more, I have decided to take the site in another direction.

Now though, I am wondering if I can Copy the templates that you have used in the following pages and Load them into my individual Tatsu editor without deleting the theme content that I already have. If so, how would I do this? Kindly go to OSHINE OPTIONS -> IMPORT / EXPORT and export your current options panel settings. This is just to be on the safer side. You would have to import the content from these demos. Kindly go to APPEARANCES -> IMPORT DEMO DATA and choose the demos and import just the CONTENT ( second dropdown ). This will ensure that your options panel is not overwritten. You can then use the pages from these demos to your liking.
