I want images and the title to be cropped if needed, but remain in a zone. As my images are in remote server, regenerated thumbs may not work.
I saw someone answered just one hour ago, while mine one is 4+ hours already and not being answered yet.
Hi there, I’m sorry but we use default WooCommerce and WordPress functionality for this, so this cropping is not controlled by the theme. I think there should be some plugins out there that let you control the crop zone.

1. The license is one-off. You will only need to renew support which is optional.

You mentioned that the Sort by Price slider cannot search dynamically with and without GST, which is understandable. Can I just make it search the displayed prices, which are entered excluding GST, but displayed everywhere including GST? It is confusing for customers to search a price range that then displays items of higher value.
The filter works with the stored prices. I am afraid the widget does not account for the tax settings

in my functions.php and I am getting this when I load the page Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_ux_builder_post_type()
Try this instead:
add_action( ‘init’, function () { add_ux_builder_post_type(‘custom_post_type_id’); } );
Remember to put the correct post type ID.
do I enter custom post ID or the custom post type slug?
I tried to enter add_ux_builder_post_type(‘artist’); using artist as my custom post type slug. If I have to use post type ID this won’t be effective long term…
I also tried add_action( ‘init’, function () { add_ux_builder_post_type(‘artist’); } ); and I don’t see EDIT WITH UX BUILDER under the edit custom post type in the admin menu
Your code did not work. Also got the same response from support ticket…you are saying custom post types work with the UX Builder but they don’t.
Hi again, are you 100% sure ‘artists’ is the slug for your custom post type? Do you have a screenshot of the post screen?
What happen if you open it? Do you see a Builder tab on the edit screen?
No I do not. That is why I am asking for support. Why do I not see Builder tab like I see for pages but not custom post type in the admin bar in edit screen?

You can do this in Settings > Permalinks
DavidMiles, no offense you sound a bit rude. Theme developers do not need to support other third party plugins. If something is incompatible try another plugin or update your functions.php file for best performance.
I was using toolset and noticed that I was getting issues. I realized toolset is a bit overkill in terms of what I need. I simply needed additional custom post types for segregated content, so I decided to use code and add it to my child’s functions.php

We have 1 question: With UX builder, we cant place a filterable sidebar? If we select any of the product containers, we cant customize, but we dont see the option to activate a filter on a sidebar for example.

Poor customer support – even after identifying issues with the UX Builder and Toolset plugins, zero response, Tommy, the author is aware of issues with the UX Builder, but continues to claim this is a major feature of the plugin. It has been buggy since the outset and now clashes with other plugins very badly. How badly, you simply won’t be able to edit your content with the UX Builder. I have offered to work with Tommy on resolving this, but instead, he prefers to pretend there is no issue at all – despite someone else on his FaceBook group having the exact same issue. If you want a basic site then you’re fine with Flatsome – if you use any plugins such as The Events Calendar or WP-Types Toolset – then avoid as clashes will be introduced in the theme, meaning what used to work will no longer, and then you will be left high and dry

We duly apologize for the inconveniences caused by Toolset not working with the theme. As you can imagine we are unable to support all the plugins out there.
However, our development team is working very hard to enhance Flatsome and your issue will be reviewed. Please note I cannot promise an ETA as to when this will be resolved.
As Tommy knows, this has been ongoing for 4 months – it became intermittent in 3.2.1 – I received no reply for weeks at a time – the issue is not is much the theme not working, but rather the poor communication – Tommy indicated in a message last night that finally now, the issue was being looked at and that a new version may be available last night or today that would attempt to fix the issue. I work in a customer facing business, communication is king, if you cannot communicate when issues arise then you haven’t got a chance of keeping the customer on side
And Toolset is not a small-fry plugin – its a major concern when an incompatibility like this is known of but not addressed – a small plugin on the plugin Repository using deprecated functions, sure, a modern, large plugin suite like toolset – compatibility should be addressed

I just upgraded to the latest version, Is there some secret trick to editing the header and other settings in “customize” without it using over 100% of the resources of the computer? My computer has 64GB of RAM and is a workhorse – I have never seen anything take so long. It literally takes nearly a full minute to change a logo image and every single change takes this long. Absolutely impossible!!! I bill by the hour and it’s going to be awfully hard to explain this time. So please, tell me the secret!

I’m sorry, I thought I was clear.
This is not a server issue, this is using the resources of my computer, slowing it down to a crawl. When accessing the customizer the browser utilizes 100%+ of the resources. Surely, I cannot be the first to tell you about this and your deflection to read about server memory are clearly confusing others that may read this hoping for an answer. So again, what is the solution since I cannot go backward?
