After an update to 3.3 version of theme and woocomerce to 3 there are many issues:
1) Drop down menu is not working/showing
2) Category and product images are not showing anything(don’t see images).
3) Editing pages with UX buider is not working, it spins and do nothing
I just discovered that switching to main Flatsome theme everything is working but it is still not working with child theme.
Deactivating all plugins did nothing. I have tried switch theme to 2016 all is working, swiching back to Flatsome all is not working
Have some update for anybody who will get into same issues and for you guys to sort it out:
1) still not working
2) I got images back by disabling lazy load in theme options, this was working before an update
3) still not working
im also using Revolution Slider for this theme. This is not directly related to this theme but it has also disappeared. I managed to bring it back by disabling: Insert Java scripts into footer in Revolution slider global settings. Hope this help to ones who use the same slider with this theme
Got 1 and 3 sorted by removing from theme Advanced Options/Global setting /Footer Scripts / i had Newsletter Lightbox code there. I have moved code to new block and just added shortcode in Theme Options for Newsletter.
So basically im all good, i will leave all this text here just in case someone will have the same issues i had.
Newsletter lightbox shortcode should work in Version 3.3.1 that we just uploaded
yes, can confirm Newsletter is working with 3.3.1
Hi,
I want to create a Cassifieds ads Website with this plugin:
https://codecanyon.net/item/web-20-directory-plugin-for-wordpress/6463373Does this plugin compatible with UX-theme?
Thanks
Unfortunately, until now there is no official compatibility testing with that plugin. But, Flatsome uses WordPress coding standards so any plugin that uses these same standards should work with our theme.
I can confirm the zoom is not working for me also!
Ignore, Guys clear your cache
Awesome
Hey guys, I updated woocommerce and your theme but the image zoom is no longer working in the product views. I have disabled all plugins except woocommerce to try to see if it was a conflict, but same results. I have tried choosing the new lightbox, flatsome lightbox and the old woocommerce lightbox. Please let me know if there is something I’m missing! Thanks!
Hi there, try re-download the theme. What kind of product gallery do you use? Vertical or normal?
I just tried re-downloading and I uploaded it via FTP to my server. Same problem tho. I use a Vertical product gallery!
I should also mention that if you are in a single product and you are on a mobile device and click filter, if you choose to click the “x” to close the filter, it closes the filter but adds the filter text below the product short description fright after the facebook share icons. This will disappear after you move to another product, but the same thing happens if you click “filter” again. Not a big deal for me, but possibly a bug somewhere. I’m much more concerned with the image zoom!
The image zoom does work in the horizontal option, just not the vertical, FYI.
Do you have a page online where the zoom does not work?
@pgnuk and UX_Themes….I have cleared my cache after seeing your message. I still have the issue. I also tried 2 other browsers
Found the bug. We’ll upload a fixed version soon
Thank you very very much! By the way, I am really looking forward to when you guys release the UX-Builder as a stand alone plugin as well as the ability to save our own templates as I see is “In Progress”.
Also if you read through my other comments, i had posted what may be a bug in the “filter” on mobile pages. Not sure if you saw that or not. Regardless, thanks for fixing and I’ll look forward to the theme update.
We have a new version out now where this is fixed
3.3.1
Perfect, thanks for a quick fix and turnaround!!!!! The zoom issue is now working.
Awesome
Hi
I have updated the theme and the woocommerce plugin to the latest versions and it is showing that these 2 files need to be updated:
flatsome/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/simple.php version 2.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.0,
and
flatsome/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variation-add-to-cart-button.php version 2.5.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.0,
I am using the 2.9.7 version and the latest child theme as well that you just released.
Thank you for your continued updates with your awesome theme! Can you please let me know when those files will be updated?
Update to latest Flatsome version
I thought the 2.9.7 was the latest version that you just came out with for the older style one?
Ah, sorry. Didn’t see you were using the 2.9 version. We’ll take a look and have these files updates. Does everything work ok?
Ok awesome
Yes everything else seems to working great!
Awesome
I just updated the theme and Woocommerce after seeing that you say it’s ready for Woo 3.0 but I’m getting this – Your theme (Flatsome Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.
flatsome/woocommerce/cart/cart.php version 2.3.8 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.0, flatsome/woocommerce/checkout/thankyou.php version 2.2.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.0, flatsome/woocommerce/single-product/price.php version 2.4.9 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.0, flatsome/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php version 2.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.0, flatsome/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php version 2.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.0, flatsome/woocommerce/single-product/related.php version 1.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.0
Scratch all this! The auto update didn’t work. I just manually uploaded and all is fine!
Awesome. Good luck with your site
I updated to woo commerce 3.0 but not my UX builder will not load. What should i do?
Try also update to latest Flatsome version. 3.3
Hi there,
Thanks for the great theme! Quick question, is there a way to place the product review stars UNDER the price tag of the product page? Right now it’s sitting above the price of the product and it doesn’t look good :/.
Also, on mobile, the review stars are too big on the catalog page (2 products per row) so I had to disable it. It only looks good on the single product pages.
Let me know if i’m doing something wrong!
Thank you
Bump, question got skipped over :/
Hi there, sorry for the delay
1. You will need a bit of customization to change the order of elements on the single product page. Edit the product.php file in flatsome/woocommerce/single-product/layouts/
2. This CSS should do the trick
.archive .star-rating span, .star-rating:before{ font-size:smaller; }
Place it in Theme Options > Style > Custom CSS
Not sure if this is theme related… but I just updated woocommerce and flatsome today and now I have this error
wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/data-stores/class-wc-customer-data-store.php on line 82
My homepage is now just a white screen and I honestly don’t have a clue of what to do here…
Hi there, looks more related to the WooCommerce plugin. Hopefully they have a fix for it soon.
Hello, I know my support expired but i really need your help, i updated to latest woocommerce version, just a FEW tweaks and i looked at them, thinking that, ow nothing should happend, but now i cant use the UX builder at all. Maybe this happend before and you know how to fix it? I run Flatsome as theme, no childtheme afraid.
Hi there, have you tried the latest version of Flatsome that just got released?
Thanks pal, worked like a charm!
Awesome
Nope builder just got blank again :(((((
Do you get any error message in the web console?
Yeah lol it was me who had set force https (on content), removed it and it’s all good, hehe.
Awesome
Thanks for letting us know

Any solution?
The could be coming from another plugin. Have you updated all plugins? Wishlist plugins etc.
it could be from the YITH wishlist plugin? was that one recommended by the theme?
Yes, you just need to update that to latest version
Hello!
I can’t access to customize.php. I have a blank page, so I can’t customize my website (new Flatsome installation).
Thnks
Damien
Hello Damien, sorry to hear you are having trouble.
Please send us an email via support and we’ll check this out.
Dear developer, I need to know if the theme is prepared for WooCommerce 3.0.0. Some plugins I own have support for the new version.
We just uploaded a new version that is prepared for WooCommerce 3.0
Hi, I can’t manage the images properly, I do the resize option as per documentation, but it did not work. I tried to change image dimension but it did not fulfill my desire. see the link https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B8XgMjQYEBU_cmxrV1dLalF5a1k
I want images and the title to be cropped if needed, but remain in a zone. As my images are in remote server, regenerated thumbs may not work.
I saw someone answered just one hour ago, while mine one is 4+ hours already and not being answered yet.
Hi there, I’m sorry but we use default WooCommerce and WordPress functionality for this, so this cropping is not controlled by the theme. I think there should be some plugins out there that let you control the crop zone.
Hi everybody. Quick questions : 1/ Is the license annual or just one shot payment ? 2/ If I have a subdomain with the miroring website, do I need to pay 2 licenses ? Thanks alot!
Hi there,
1. The license is one-off. You will only need to renew support which is optional.
2. Yes, you will need to purchase 2 licenses.
Thanks alot for your answer
This theme seams to be awesome
Thank you
You mentioned that the Sort by Price slider cannot search dynamically with and without GST, which is understandable. Can I just make it search the displayed prices, which are entered excluding GST, but displayed everywhere including GST? It is confusing for customers to search a price range that then displays items of higher value.
The filter works with the stored prices. I am afraid the widget does not account for the tax settings
I am adding
add_ux_builder_post_type(‘custom_post_type’);
in my functions.php and I am getting this when I load the page Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_ux_builder_post_type()
Try this instead:
add_action( ‘init’, function () { add_ux_builder_post_type(‘custom_post_type_id’); } );
Remember to put the correct post type ID.
do I enter custom post ID or the custom post type slug?
I tried to enter add_ux_builder_post_type(‘artist’); using artist as my custom post type slug. If I have to use post type ID this won’t be effective long term…
I also tried add_action( ‘init’, function () { add_ux_builder_post_type(‘artist’); } ); and I don’t see EDIT WITH UX BUILDER under the edit custom post type in the admin menu
Your code did not work. Also got the same response from support ticket…you are saying custom post types work with the UX Builder but they don’t.
Hi again, are you 100% sure ‘artists’ is the slug for your custom post type? Do you have a screenshot of the post screen?
What happen if you open it? Do you see a Builder tab on the edit screen?
No I do not. That is why I am asking for support. Why do I not see Builder tab like I see for pages but not custom post type in the admin bar in edit screen?
Here are screenshots
http://i.imgur.com/SsecuDv.png http://i.imgur.com/rxmQs7K.pngAs you can see im in a custom post type ‘artist’ and I do not see the EDIT IN UX Builder from the admin bar
But when I got to my homepage it works http://i.imgur.com/KPP4jh6.pngHow can I make Edit in UX builder work with custom post types?
change permalink product category
Oops. Wrong place to search
Hi Thierry,
You can do this in Settings > Permalinks

DavidMiles, no offense you sound a bit rude. Theme developers do not need to support other third party plugins. If something is incompatible try another plugin or update your functions.php file for best performance.
I was using toolset and noticed that I was getting issues. I realized toolset is a bit overkill in terms of what I need. I simply needed additional custom post types for segregated content, so I decided to use code and add it to my child’s functions.php
https://generatewp.com/post-type/^ the above resource will generate custom post types.
Thanks for support and the suggestion
I have talked to David now and sorted this out. / Tommy
Hey guys. Do you plan making this theme more seo-friendly and speed it up in order to receive higher marks by Google Speed Tests?
Yes, we are
