I just bought another license for uncode and it wont let me register it, its says Invalid credentials, or your Envato account does not have Uncode among purchased items

Incompatibility WPML Widget vs. Uncode: We have stated this problem many times again and again. Either support is totally untrained or Uncode Support plays passive aggressive and do not want to help customers. The problem of incompatibility with https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpml-widgets/ is still there unresolved. If you are unable or do not want to solve it, then pls say so. But let us repeat one problem again and again to get some sort of automatic responses is not just rude but is inadequate for the quality of this theme. One cannot use WPML with this theme for widgets, only for multilingual text widgets, any other widget cannot be used with this theme along with WPML. Again, the last time, it is not WPML but the plugin you have to click the link on, not sure what part of the brain is not understanding this. Sorry, but wasting time is inappropriate.
Hi arvitrading, we are sorry about your complaint but no one here is aggressive with you as you report. Our main developer just suggested to ask also WPML support for some advices or the plugin author (if there is an incompatibility with this plugin and a popular theme like Uncode it’s also in the interest of the plugin author fix this). Please note that there are 30.000+ plugins out there, Uncode is tested and perfectly works with the most famous but it’s really not possible grant compatibility with all plugins. We have a roadmap to respect and by the moment we can only take note of your report and insert this in the to-do list, our main developer kindly suggest you to ask for a refund if this can help you. Anyway he’ll be back to you on monday.
Thanks for your answer, but it does only show that you do not read. Again, we already informed the author of this plugin and he said it is a theme issue. You can also try widget logic to use WPML with widgets other in English except for the standard multilanguage text widget. It does not work either with Uncode. You cannot use WPML with widgets in other languages using Uncode. That’s the PROBLEM. You just need to install it and test it. This is a fact. Well you want to refund also many hours of development as well? Then sure. I am not sure what your main developer is reading, but surely not our support questions.

If this is critical for your project you should have verified first, as told there are 30.000+ plugins out there and it’s not possible a theme is compatible with all plugins, we receive message everyday asking if our theme is compatible with particular minor plugins. Anyway if the possible problem, as the author of this plugin report, is an incompatibility between Uncode and WPML for widgets this revert back us to our first suggestion: ask the WPML support team. By the moment WPML certify a theme this mean they take care to support any possible issues between WPML and that theme. This is the agreement between WPML and themes authors and it’a pretty normal since WPML is a premium plugin. Generally they take care to support you soon and then work with theme developers to fix the possible problem (we are in contact with them and we have worked together in the past). I hope this helps understood the workflow between certified themes and WPML. I’m pretty confident that WPML team can help you fix this issue. Anyway as told our main dev will contact back you on monday.
No this becomes a little bit funny. Again, again and again. This plugin is not a WPML developed plugin. If you clicked on the link, then it becomes obvious. So there is no incompatibility between WPML, but this plugin called “WPML Widgets” by J. Sormani and Uncode and also incompatibility for Widget Logic vs. Uncode. Do you understand that? I am serious.
Just test it on your own, what’s so difficult to test, then you will see it is likely an issue caused by the theme. It’s my last message. We can’t write ten messages just stating the same obvious things. It is really ridiculous. We just quit and accept Uncode can’t support us.

Uncode also does not work with Dynamic Widgets. All theses plugins, i.e. Dynamic Widgets, Widget Logic and WPML Widgets work very well on other themes with WPML so using human logic, there is a big chance that this an Uncode issue that Uncode is unwilling to resolve for the customer. You can check how many WP users are using this plugin, assume statistical mean for the use of plugin and WPML and Uncode, then you have an idea how many customers you lose.
Hi arvitrading! We have perfectly understood that there is an issue between this minor WPML add-on and Uncode. We repeat: it’s not possible expect a theme is compatible with all the 30.000+ plugins out there. Compatibility can be granted only for the most famous plugins. We suggested to ask also WPML support since it’s possible they know how to help even if this add-on is not official from their team (by the moment they certify a theme they also take care to support possible issues). For example just using their String Translation add-on you can by-pass most of possible WPML issues. Right now I don’t know about the problems with other plugins you report, from a search no other users reported the same. Anyway as told above I have notified our main developer and he’ll be back to you during working days (this is really the best I can do for your case right now and I hope you can appreciate we are replying you even if it’s weekend).

Hello, I have installed this theme, but not all the translations are actually working in french in Woocommerce.
On my checkout page, I still see “Order details” and “Customer details” instead of the french wordings, but the other translations are working fine. I updated to the latest version of the theme, and when I inspect the .po files, I see the translations are present and correct. Another example, I still see “Proceed to checkout” on the Cart page.
If I change the theme to, for instance, twenty seventeen, everything shows up fine.

Hi, since the latest WordPress upgrade we can’t upload gallery items using visual editor. Installing the latest 1.5 uncode parent theme also breaks the site.

Hi mharr175, no you need an FTP to modify directly the files you are working on. Have you an FTP software? In case just ask support team if they can help you with this, just open a ticket and insert exactly what the plugin request so they know in details how to help!

Presales Q: On mobile, when viewing the shop demos, you have to tap twice on products to click through to see product. Would it be possible to turn off that hover effect on mobile, so you only have to tap once (for better UX on mobile)?

We’ve changed the homepage theme to one of the “demo themes” that come with Uncode and renamed it. How do we delete all the other demo themes (e.x. demo pages)? Could we simply go to Install Demo > DELETE DEMO MEDIA? Or will that delete our renamed demo theme as well?
Hi and sorry for delay! Delete Demo Media is for delete the placeholder images imported. Our suggestion is to rename your pages something like “_home” so you can delete all the other pages with the Bulk Selection of WordPress (this is useful to reorder alphabetically). Otherwise with the Selective Import you can also import only the pages you need without import all the demos.
