- Are the extra features such as mega menu, wish list, upsell available for free or is there any monthly payment involved after a few months?
- I noticed in the item details that there are two logo placements on left and middle. Is it possible to have the store logo together with cart icon in the sticky bar while after scrolling?
- I’m using ryviu reviews app for shopify. Will it be easy to integrate this in the product tabs?
Hi, thanks for the interest in our theme. 1. These features are included in the theme, we are not using any apps for the functionalities. 2. Currently, there is no logo in sticky nav. This will be possible in the future theme updates. we are working on theme with Shopify sections. 3. Theme is ready for Shopify official app and yotpo reviews. If you are using some other app, you can install it manually as per their developer instructions.
Anyone have issues with the Instagram feed not showing up? After installing the latest version of the theme and replacing the demo content token with my own that I generated, nothing is showing up.

Hi! I am liking Qrack!! I was just wondering is there any option so show second image of product on hover ? As I am seeing on all demo it’s zooming in on hover now.

The theme works great. However after going live my client encountered some concerns:
1. The loading of the site changes the font from really thin and then it converts into the correct font weight.
2. When using the quick view, after the product has been added to the cart, the user cannot click on “View Cart”. It seems to work in Chrome, but not in Firefox.

Curious, I am looking to replace this client sites shopify theme as its very frustrating and difficult to customize http://HerBehavior.com and could your Qrack create a similar clean look (not with headers like your 4 demos)? and is it easy to understand the backend and homepage builds and edits? Do you have any screenshots I could see what backend looks like etd Beocode? THNKS!

Our remote engineers are trying to install a shopify app but they are struggling includes to display images on my collections. This is their exact comments “Liquid error: This liquid context does not allow includes. for you to display it on the collection images.”

Hi! does your theme supports the new drag and drop shopify sections?
Hi, Our theme have many options even without sections used. If you want to rearrange something differently for homepage just let us know.
We are currently working on Qrack 2.0 version and that will be a major update with section and shortcodes as well.

Hey there…I have a question about the blog thumbnails in the side bar. I have added 5 articles to my blog, and I didn’t have any issues with the thumbnails in the side bar showing up until I added the 5th article. All of the other thumbnails show up in the side except the 5th one. I have done quite a few tests, but I can’t figure out a solution to make the article thumbnail show up in that column for more than 4 articles. Do you have any thoughts? Any insight is helpful! Thanks! Great template so far by the way.

Hi, the umages used are from shutterstock and their license doesn’t allow us to distribute those photos along with the theme files
Am i correct in thinking that if purchased, and i install the layout and alike will be the same as the demo though?
Yes, you will have the same layout, you just need to add images, change text and select your categories from which the product grid or carousel is pulling products.
Hey Beocode, The wishlist on your demo store theme 1 is not working. It only works for one product, but when I attempt to add a second product to my wishlist, it only shows one. Is this a known issue with your theme, or is it just an issue with the demo-stores? Thanks! P.S. Many of the other Shopify themes that offer a wishlist also have a non-functional wishlist with this same issue. Is it possible that the code for the wishlist (which may or may not be the same throughout all the themes) is broken

I have investigated a bit and it seems that Shopify changed a way of displaying forms for posting customer tags. I have made a change and you can see it working now at https://qrack.myshopify.com/ You can add as many products (and variations) you want.
We will make a change now and update the theme today (as soon as removal from wishlist issue is fixed, too. we are working on it right now).
Ok, this is now completely fixed and theme update is set for today.
Hey Beocode, I have a quick question about your product customization feature in the app. What is the max limit on the number of customization options that you have in default on this theme? Is there a drop-down box product customizer option? Also, is there a feature do add to the price of a product if a customer chooses a certain option? (i.e. I sell computers, and a customer wants to upgrade the processor, I add a dropdown menu for him to do that, and if he selects an upgrade, it adds $100 to the price). Thanks!
Hi, if you are asking about the maximum options in Shopify, the max number is 3(for example Color,Size and Style) and this limit of 3 options per product cannot be raised for any Shopify account or plan (it does not depends on the theme, it is a backend functionality). However, you can achieve more options by using app like this: https://apps.shopify.com/product-options

Hey Beocode, I have a quick question. Do you have a dedicated order status page, or do I have to integrate it with a different Shopify app? In the case that the answer to the previous question is no, does the aftership app order page integrate well with this theme? Again, if the answer is no to that question, what order-management app do you recommend for an order status page?

Hi, Order status is a default Shopify functionality, so you can add tracking number and carrier with every fulfilled order.
On front-end, there is customer account with all orders and inside each order, link with tracking code will show in the notes section.
Hi! I purchased this theme. So far I’m enjoying it but I just have one issue. On the product page under the item description there is a part that says ‘title’ and a button that says ‘default title’. I can’t find any place to put that information in or to delete it. It does not default to the title of the product. Can you please advise?

Hi, I install your theme and put some products on Home page, and all products showing alphabetic order always. Is it possible to randomize products to show when user open multiple time on home page? Thanks
