purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins which are bundled into theme. It’s because of Themeforest license & agreements. This applies to all themes of course. However, there is no need to use this code because the plugins are fully functional without it. If you want, you can find out more by visiting the links below:

Something like “Free” version of a plugin does not exist. All bundled plugins are included with extended licenses and users can use these plugins within the theme without needing to purchase them separately. This is standard and according to ThemeForest rules.

Hello, I purchased BeTheme a while back and just recently trying to use it, so my support is already expired. I installed the theme on a server that is not connected to the Internet at all. But I can not go to the BeTheme Options, it’s always resulting in just the gray screen. Does this theme always have to connect to Internet? This is problematic for use because I am using this on a closed Intranet. Thank you.

no, this is not the reason and BeTheme Options should always appear. If not, your site need to be online so we can check because otherwise, we have no idea what might be the reason in your case.

please remove all theme files (whole /betheme/ folder) via FTP, download the newest version and then upload the newest betheme folder instead. A lot of things has changed in recent WooCommerce version as you said and that’s why it is so important to remove all theme files from FTP first.

I tried to see an answer in the forum, the system ask me to sign,i tried many time with my user and password and i reset the password many time , but he system say i have no permission and don’t let me login.

Hello! Thank you for the answer. I know for that option, I applied it but, then I got a blank space bellow the content bottom and the top of the footer on 22” monitors or higher. The margins are set to 0px. How can I fix that?
