hello admin, I just purchased the queen theme but when i try to upload it to my shopify store I get an error message that the theme file is too large. what should I do???

This happens when you are trying to upload the incorrect .zip to Shopify. 99% of the time this happens when the folder that was downloaded from Themeforest was NOT unzipped beforehand.
Within the folder there are 4 items – Readme.txt, Changelog.txt, Documentation folder and Packages folder. The file you have to upload to Shopify is a .zip file in Packages folder (rt-queen.zip).

I have purchased the queen theme but it seems doesn’t work for sport clothes so is there any way you can customize it?
When browsing in mobile, is there a way to make 2 pictures in a row instead of one? I find the pictures too big and hard to keep on scrolling and not seeing multiple items in the homepage, collection page.

Is there a way to turn off the automatic loading of cart page when customer adds item into the cart? I’m using persistent cart with the option of asking their email address but my site automatically goes to the cart page.

Regarding your question above, this theme supports responsive template all pages and sticky header on both desktop and mobile. Theme does not support maintenance page.

For some reason the video works for some of our customers and others it just shows the video image even though both are using the same browser! I checked the documentation to see if anything needs installing like a third party plugin but there is nothing written about it. How can I resolve this?

Is anyone else having problems with the countdown timer on mobile view? I have a Samsung S5 and there isn’t 1 browser that it shows correctly. Support hasn’t been able to solve the issue.

Hi, I was just wondering, how do I get the cart window to slide in when a customer clicks add to cart? At the moment It just takes them straight to checkout, whereas I want the slide window to appear first.
