I´ve activated the theme on a domain for a testing environment. I want to deactivate it from this domain and change it to another domain. What do I have to do?

Hi Maybe I’ll buy this excellent theme but I have 2 questions 1. Can I cancel the download button in the gallery view (photographer’s demo: https://demo.kaliumtheme.com/photography/#winter-frost, in the top-right) 2. When I use the photographer demo it’s possible to use in home page like another demo?

1. You can enable or disable any of the buttons on the top right.

2. That’s possible, you can change the homepage to any other page you want and build your own.

Hello, when you go to the single product page and then you click an image to zoom it with the lightbox, it is always the first image that appears, for example, when you click on the last picture of the gallery, it is always the first that pops up. You guys should consider changing that so everytime people clicks an image is the actual image that appears on the lightbox. Also would be good to be able to change the color of the background of the lightbox. I can change it but only modifiyng the Woocommerce files instead of the child theme files and I lose all the modifications when I update the theme.

That’s strictly forbidden, the theme cannot be used to create a theme based on Kalium and selling it on this or other market, you can use it for another purpose if you will be selling another product with the theme included but for that an extended license will be needed.

1. Can I update the file ‘kalium/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/grouped.php’ based on ‘Woocommerce/templates’ available on Github? Or it will break something?

2. Can I extend this theme to create new elements on Visual Composer?

I can see that there is a registered user with the same username as here, can you re-try logging in through Envato login and try posting a new ticket there.

Hello I am trying to update the visual composer. I go to Appearance > Install plugins and try to update but receive the following error:

An error occurred while updating Visual Composer: Update package not available.

Not sure where to go from here…?

You should have used www.yoursite.com/staging to build the site and then when you finish the site move it to www.yoursite.com.

I deleted your old license, now you can activate your site again.

Hi, I need some help before buy this item. I have no experience in building websites, so I need to know if it easy to use for people like me. It should be a photography website. I really need to know if possible to have in the header the logo, not so little as shown in yours previews with the small camera, with also the title and the motto of the page, and also If it is possible to have the right click disabled not permitting to steel images, or if I need some plugin to do this. For slideshow and galleries I also need some plug in or they come with the theme? Last thing, is the fee for one year? I can’t see where and if you say 60dollars a year! Thanks.

Welcome to ThemeForest and let me introduce you how the theme works.

— The header and logo can be changed depending on how you want it to be, you can show it what size you want and it can be managed through the theme options.

— Right click can be easily disabled with a simple script but I don’t think this is a solution or you will do anything with it, since there are hundred ways to get the pictures even if you simply disable the right click, that’s the easiest method so if you don’t want them to be copied then better put a whole watermark since there is no way to stop this.

— Galleries and carousels are built in the theme so you won’t need extra plugins to make them work.

— You will pay 60$ for the theme which can be installed in a domain and you will get 6 months support included, the theme will always be your so there is no monthly or weekly subscription.

To update your theme plugins to the latests version that theme offers first you need to use the latest theme update (see changelog).

Then after you update the theme you can go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update those plugins.

You can find Kalium Documentation on this URL http://documentation.laborator.co/item/kalium and from there you can find answer for most of your questions.

Hi Hannah,

You cannot get links from the other site to show on the portfolio but what you can do is add a short description to items you add in portfolio and then link it to the full post by adding a “read the whole story” button which should link to the external site.
