I am developing a site for a client based on your ‘Agency’ demo. On the homepage I have a ‘Laborator Clients’ row which comprises 24 images/logos. I previously had 6 clients per row which looked great on desktop and was correctly responsive on mobile.
However, following one of your version updates, the responsive element has become broken. Now, in order for the mobile version to respond correctly, the number of clients has to be limited to 4 per row – anything greater results in a scaled desktop view.
I would therefore be grateful if you could kindly look into this for me as I’m quite sure that others will be affected by this issue too.

Hello, i want to ask you four questions before purchasing. i want to make a website for our architecture company.
1- Is it possible that i can add an external link of our other website into the Kalium wordpress website homepage or portfolio section??
2- Can I add 6 titles to Menu Section? Like ‘Homepage, About us, Our Services, Portfolio, News, Contact’, etc. ?
3- Can I fix the Menu section with titles ? Because in your demo, the menu section is hidden. when I just press the Menu symbol, I could see Menu titles. Hi Aysenur,
1 — Couldn’t understand the way you want to link your other site, if you want to add a banner or a simple link then yes that is possible but fetching items from another site is not possible.
2 — The menu is flexible so you can add how many menu items you want, submenus are available too.
3 — On our main demo the menu is shown in the classic way, so there is no menu trigger button that must be clicked to view the menu, we have different ways the menu can work on all our demos and each of them can be easily customizable.
4 — Videos can be added inside the portfolio items, but they can’t be shown as portfolio item thumbnails which means the portfolio page does not show videos unless you click one of the items and enter the page of that item.
5 — You can do that by adding portfolio categories to the menu or submenu, you can also add them as custom links.

Online documentation is also provided where you can see how the theme works before purchasing it, it is really helpful.

I’ve bought your theme and managed to adjust almost everything (I love the large amount of possibilities you offer for customizing the theme). I’ve got a few questions though;
1) I’ve installed the Instagram widget you recommend at this page, but when I add it to my footer I only see some very small images of my Instagram feed although I’ve set the widget to large. How can I change this and center the widget in my footer?
2) I want to hide the tags on the single product page, how do I hide them?
3) I changed the size of the body font / paragraph. But I also want to align this text and change the letter-spacing, how can I change this?
4) How do I change the font size or hide the header and the text ‘showing all 20 results” that appears I on my shop page? The header is now “shop taxidermy’ and there under it shows ‘Showing all 20 results”.
5) Is it possible to show my categories on my shop page above my products? (next to the sorting drop-down menu).

I’ve a question regarding activation. I used Kalium for the domain counselneering.com (activated) but replaced it with a different template (and deleted Kalium). Just now I tried to activate Kalium for another domain which doesn’t work as the process says that’s activated for another domain. However, is there any way to deactivate?

You should use www.yoursite.com/staging to build the site and then when you finish the site move it to www.yoursite.com.

Hello,
I am seriously considering buying the Kalium theme. I wanted to ask about a few features.
1- Does Kalium support smooth/animated transitions between pages without the menu disappearing and reappearing every time a user clicks to view another page on the site? If not, will this feature be added in the future?
2- For selling photographs/images, is it possible for users to directly buy a picture from the gallery/portfolio(buy having an “add to cart” button), or do we need to create a store page which users will need to visit to buy from there?
3- If I want to create a bilingual website with the second language being RTL, does Kalium automatically create an inverted copy of the site(where logo, menus and text placement is a right to left mirror of the English site)?

Hi there,
1 — The theme is not built with AJAX since we consider it an old fashioned way of websites being built with this system, it takes too much to load and doesn’t work properly. So it is not possible.
2 — Selling through Kalium is managed by WooCommerce, so how WooCommerce works is by adding the items firstly to the cart and then proceeding with the payment, what you can do is rename the string “Add to cart” to “Buy now” or something like that if you don’t like the add to cart form.
3 — If you decide your site to be multi-lingual you will need a plugin such as WPML, which will help you on making your site multi lingual. When you switch to the RTL language the site will be automatically set to right to left and this is done by a simple CSS file which is included in the theme.

For question 2, I meant to ask something else. This will be my first wordpress site, so not sure how flexible woocommerce/kalium are. I am a photographer, and I want to make my portfolio website using Kalium. I want to make galleries of my different projects, and I would like to make it so that my site visitors can add items to the cart directly from the galleries where they view the photos, instead of me having to create a separate shop page where I have to list all the photos again for people to shop and add to cart.
Is it possible to have the “add to cart” button available on images in the photo galleries or will I have to create a separate shop page to list images available for shopping?
Additional question:
4- just for aesthetic purposes, Is it possible to add some vertical text to the left and right edges of the site?

2. Now I get what you want to do with the portfolio/shop but that is unfortunately not possible, they’re two different part of the theme/different plugins which cannot be linked with each other, the shop and add to cart works only for the products. This is how WooCommerce works.
4. Through the theme options it is not possible, but if you have HTML and CSS skills you can add it through custom CSS.

Is there a way to make an ‘image grid’ type gallery added via the Visual Composer look like the Portfolio type layout that comes with Kalium? The gallery looks to be using Isotope for layout but there are heaps of gaps and it doesn’t layout as nicely as the Portfolio page.

Hi Just alerting you to a possible bug.
When the home portfolio page is set to Masonary Portfolio Layout (4 items per row) and is set to Full Width AND a Border is added, the right hand side does not extend to the browser edge. It seems the border is creating an extra space between the edge of the images and the edge of the border, it is not butting up as it should do with full width. The left side behaves correctly. This is only happening on the right side and have tested it on 2 installations in Chrome, Firefox and Safari and all the same. NOTE: when the border is set to HIDE everything works perfectly.

Sorry but this option is not available for the moment, you can add a .gif image on that area and it would look like a video (example)
Maybe you can achieve the same thing that with any third party plugin.

Looks like a great theme, before I buy, is it possible to have a slider that stretches left to right on the top of a project page (in the portfolio section). Then when you scroll down the page it has a regular text and picture area.
