I am trying to install this theme for magento 2.1.After installation we can’t download demo data and images. With default installation its showing LOGO :LUMA …..which we cant match with any of the demos you have for theme. When we try to change theme layout whole page becomes blank. Please suggest

The unclear character in the name of a product which you can see on a screenshot: http://prntscr.com/fvlw2v is a result of the wrong processing of Cyrillic. The library of compression HTML therefore the empty page is output cannot process this character.
Our technician corrected this problem. The subject is not multilingual and does not support Russian.

We have downloaded the last update of the theme that came with new extension SM Filter Product. This extension has layout/ and templates/ folder but WEB folder is missing. We hace the extension without JS and CSS…

Hi, just purchased the theme. Did a manual installation with the tutorial i found on your website..
1. There is no tutorial or guide in the download for Magento 1.9.* 2. When i follow the one i found on your support, i have no pages or blocks imported, just tells me to upload the files, no blocks or pages import anywhere?! 3. The default homepage i see (menu is strange) advanced search is interfearring with the rest..
Some super simple steps i did, upload, enable theme.. thats it.

The theme is not compatible with magento 2.1.7. There is a bug of showing products and the bug is in the theme starting from magento 2.1.6. If have contacted support and they want to troubleshoot on a live store. I can’t let them troubleshoot on a store of my clients. So i recommand the to reproduce the issue. To install a clean magento 2.1.7 and install the latest version of there theme. They are not able to do that because the came with a solution to chmod some directories to 777 (to let the whole world write to the system, nice one) So i asked a refund
