Hi,
I updated theme to the newest version and since then, Visual Composer isn’t loading in the edit pages.
I went back to previous version of the theme and VC works perfectly.

Just got a phone call of my client. My client is FURIOUS! I have mailed your team regarding these issues. Given the gravity of the situation I would like you to respond asap.
1. The VC composer update broke the site. 2. Product variation images not displaying (which is standard woocommerce feature). 3. Prices in the shop listing are tax excluded while they are set to be tax included 4. Portfolio lazy load stopped functioning. 5. Suddenly a buy button appears in the upper left corner. 6. The orders sequence is messed up because you didn’t reactived the sequental orders plugin after deactivating.

Concerning this issue: Prices in the shop listing are tax excluded while they are set to be tax included.
My client just got another call from their supplier. If prices do not change from TAX EXCLUDED to TAX INCLUDED TODAY, their supplier will DEDUCT 10% of my clients margins in their next purchases. YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION IS SEVERE!

The fee for the theme is performed only once and you’ll get the constant theme updates, without any additional fees.
Here (http://support.dfd.name/2015/01/30/how-to-update-the-theme/ ) you can find more information on how to update your theme. If you have modified some theme files, we recommend you to back up your theme on your PC before the update.
You won`t lose any changes if you save all your theme modified files on your PC before theme update and navigate to your Theme Options > Import/Export and export all your theme options on your PC to be able to import them back after the theme update.

After theme update, please, resave the theme options and check your site.

Hi there. When using woocommerce with this theme, there is an issue with the product quantity function.
When on mobile, and attempting to change the quantity of products to add to cart, the increments only change by 2. So, as 1 is the default, if user wants to add 1 more so they buy 2 items, they cannot do it with the arrows, as it will only jump to 3. Using the arrows will not allow to change the quantity by 1 unit. The only way for the user to increase or subtract 1, is to NOT use the arrows and manually enter the number in the field.
We have thoroughly researched this issue and it is a problem with the theme. Please advise of a way to fix this problem.

On product pages and on the cart page, when viewing on mobile only, and trying to change the quantities, it increases/decreases by qty 2, not one at a time. Is this a bug? Or is there a setting for this?

I love the theme, but I am having troubles with making my website responsive, espcially images. In the One Page Vintage demo you see an image getting automatically cropped and scaled to fit the screen. When I try it, the image refuses to crop and only resizes the picture and leaves margin below. How can I make my images fully responsive?

On homepage, there are plenty of photos and each has some text over it.
Could you let me know if is there any chance customer can click the images on the mansion grid and it will automatically lead to the destination, rather than they must click the small Product title link on the top left corner of the image since it is quite difficult to realise it’s a link?
At the bottom left of the images on home page there is a “add to cart” button, If i want to use each image to lead to a category instead, I would like to change this link to: Go To Link or Shop Now or Explore our full range rather than adding the product to cart? . Can you advise please?

As for Add to cart, at the moment its link cannot be changed. But you may enable catalogue mode to create the shop without purchase option.

1. You nay use Product Categories module to display the categories instead.
2. You may use the shop in catalogue mode in your site.
3. Functionally, there is no option to set the number of products on archive page at the moment.

Hi! Could you guys please help me with updating to the current version? I tried to do it, as suggested, by renaming the old ronneby folder (because I was afraid of losing the settings) and uploading the update. I got a 500 error. I’ve tried backing out of the update by deleting/renaming the files, setting a new theme in phpAdmin and restoring the files through cPanel, but nothing works. I still get a 500 error. The whole site’s down. Can you help? Thanks!

Hello there, I have a small problem with installing one of your demos. ROnneby seems to be working itself, I installed all neccessary plugins, but when I try to install one of yout demos via Appearance > Installer Panel, it just doesn’t work. The site is loading for some seconds, then it redirects me to the same site but blank, only with the WP navbar on the left side. Maybe I am missing something out while trying to install a demo, I would be glad if you could help me.
