I try to use the new “Portfolio CPT” but have some troubles.
I changed both settings to a new name but after that my Portfolio page looks different. All Portfolio items still shown but the design is different.
If I change the settings back to “portfolio” everything looks correct again. Is there any other setting I have to made?
Hi sidewinda! It seems this deal with the WordPress template hierarchy. This is really not easy to explain here in words, but when you create a portfolio or blog the main portfolio page is the one that belong to you CPT, so if you have “portfolio” the page can be www.yoursite.com/portfolio, but if you modify the CPT the new page will be www.yoursite.com/newcpt… In case please show us your site so I can give you more tailored infos.

Hi sidewinda! Exactly this is the native Portfolio archive, is the page that you master with the settings Theme Options > Portfolios (CPT Projectes). I think that before you have created this with a page called “projekte”, right? You need to use Theme Options > Portfolios to modify this page or rename the old portfolio page to something else then “projekte”.
Hi is it possible to add the plugin Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer https://codecanyon.net/item/ultimate-addons-for-visual-composer/6892199 without any problems as it mentions it might not be be possible if the theme have modified the core VC.

Yes Uncode use a tailored version of Visual Composer, some users used some of these extensions without problems, other extensions are not compatible cause require the native VC grid to work. Our suggestions is to no rely on heavy addons if you want to build a quality website. Let us know if you need more infos!
Latest version 1.6.0 is full of unescaped values, this is a security concern.

We fixed all the instances that we could find, but be careful using this version. Developers should look into this.
Tried to submit a patch, but old support forum has been discontinued and we don’t have a “Product code” from Envato.
Hi hafidUncode and thank you for report! We’ll definitely check! Please note that some strings you report are native of Visual Composer page builder itself. Anyway I notify developers but the values you report inside the js_composer cannot be modify unless an official Visual Composer update.

I am the developer for a company that bought the theme.
The purchasing manager is the person that holds the purchasing account. I have asked for the information and I am waiting on the information. But I believe our support has expired, since the theme was purchased about 2 years ago, but we keep getting the updates.
This was not a support request, it was more of an FYI. The are many unescape values throughout the code, we have checked all files for possible issues (since we no longer have support).
If you can provide a more private way to contact you I can provide a patch file and any of the purchasing account information.
It was mentioned that some of the issues are part of the VC plugin, but since Undsgn is distributing the code, the Undsgn team should take the time to vet 3rd-party code before exposing user to a potential security issues.

Hi dolzhikov, if you change the image dimensions after you have uploaded product images, you will need to download and run the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/) to ensure that all affected images are resized to match the new dimensions, this is WooCommerce part. If this doesn’t help please set your admin to English and notify.
Hi, great theme so far. We just have a problem with the responsive steps. we would like to have a composition for 4k, but after 960px there is no additional step to differentiate between a layout for example for the ipad and for a new imac!? will you introduce a forth responsive step in the near future, or do you have a workaround? 2) Is your theme is compitable with Ultimate addons for VC?
Also you have ability to add custom colors in theme admin panel. Would you plan to add custom color / gradient picker / font size picker / line height picker option in VC, when creating a new row or column for example, not just switching between previously added? It could be more convenient and really save time for customers.

1. No sorry this is not a native option, you should use the overlay menu but apply a small customisation to make the language switcher appear outside the main menu.
2. Not with all the modules offered by the Ultimate addons.
3. Not properly sure to understand your question but in Uncode you can create custom fonts, colors, typography options in the Theme Options to be used then in your pages like you work with variables.

Hi! What version of Uncode and what version of WooCommerce you have installed? It seems you are using an old version of Uncode with possible the new version of WooCommerce, is it true? If you have updated WooCommerce to the latest version you need also to update Uncode, it seems you are using Uncode 1.3.1 with the new WooCommerce.

Yes, I accidentally clicked and confirmed. I mean options in “uncode child”. There were a lot of changes, but I don’t remember exactly what. Only these options I’d like to restore.
Hi zmisztela, we are sorry but by the time you confirm you want to delete options they are deleted, WordPress don’t work with revision in the general core. I read you have a backup, right? In case you can also install WordPress locally or in another folder, import this old backup, copy the Theme Options manually from the backup site, ex: http://undsgn.d.pr/QgGcuX/4B0L37w1

Mobile Menu will not center. I matched the demo import exactly and it just wont change. Cleared all cache and even deleted caching plugins. Still wont work. It does animate but doesnt center like the demo.

Well, To start off this is a bit long Icouldnt contact you guys from anywhere my questions are genuine indeed
1> So can I create multiple product types in woocommerce and if yes then can there be custom fields and taxonomies assigned to that particular product type for e.g. if i select “Book” in the woocommerce dashboard then fields like publisher author, ISBN, No. of pages & taxonomies like Book Subject Category, Format (Hardback, Paperback) etc should turn up and on selecting another product type supposedly “Shoe” then other fields & taxonomies or options like size and color should show up in the dashboard and then finally have different templates/product pages on the front end which should themselves be customisable like I have the freedom to decide where the author name or product image should appear, have the ability to add another button like preview..etc
2> Secondly will it be all dynamic (don’t know whose domain is it—WP, Woocom, you guys or codes) so for e.g. if I add a book along with the author/publisher then will that book by itself be listed in the authors/publishers separate page (whereby there is a small bio & his/their Pic/logo along with his/their collection in grid or list style) or I would have to do all of this manually.
3> Will having separate author/publisher page make the website slow in terms of usage on mobile because mostly what happens in ecomm is that if the user clicks on author/brand name then the default shop page appears with an applied filter of that particular author/brand and if following this is only what you recommend then at least I would like to have a small iteration whereby a little banner appears anywhere in left/right on the top of the default shop page which has a small bio & pic followed by that particular author’s filter applied shop along which showcases all his books along with the other filters like sort by , price etc…but when the same is done for a product like shoe title name “Brown Shoe” by company XYZ then if the user clicks on XYZ no need of that author like banner on top of filtered XYZ shop page in that case
4> I was been told that in order to link the book and author in the specified manner I need to link the book custom post type with the author post type and achieve the desired customisation but isn’t the book a product custom post type and author should be a custom post type (as far as i guess) and how can I define the linking between the sub master and author profile page in parent child relationship, can you be more descriptive on one to many

1. These functionalities are part of WooCommerce plugin packed with the theme (the most famous ecommerce plugin for WordPress). If you verify the at these functionalities are part of WooCommerce you can have also in Uncode (sorry but your sentences are very long and it’s not easy understand 100% your scenario).
2. Yes new products/publication automatically appear.
3. Sorry but it’s really not possible figure out in words this design/interaction, do you see something similar in our demo?
4. I don’t know who told you about this intricate solution but as above it’s really not easy understand the logic behind.

I know this is a repeated question, but I am using Buddypress with multisite so people can create their own subsites using the subdirectory method. Is the Uncode theme ok with this? Will people be able to use the Uncode theme on their subsite if I network enable it?

I would like to activate the native theme to test the form and if the settings are correctly applied the only problem can be only the host or the email you are using. Anwyay I don’t find any message from you in our Help Center, can you please tell me the ticket ID?
