I tried to upload jupiter to my wordpress website and it keeps giving me an error saying “Are you sure?” and a message to retry? It also is 8.6mb to upload and my wordpress upload max is 8mb is there a way around this?

how come since the update my website looks different when I’m logged in Wordpress vs. when I’m not logged in? I also just noticed that the checkout page is not supporting any dropdown, like State, which then makes it impossible for anyone to purchase anything on the site!

Hi, I’m working on a site for a client who had the site built with your theme. I have a problem with the favicons. In Customizer the Site Icon is set but that is only displaying the icon in wp-admin pages. In ‘Theme Options’ I have set the favicon as well, but this is only displaying in IE. Safari has the RSS icon and Firefox and Chrome have the ‘Blank Page’ icon displayed in the tab. Is there a workaround for this?

I just went to add / modify the FAQ’s for the FAQ page of my site, but the ‘FAQ’ is missing on the left menu of the Wordpress Dashboard. (‘News’ is missing as well).

It’s quite strange because the demo FAQ’s are there (https://www.freediving.life/faq/). Can you please let me know how to go about installing the FAQ feature and the News feature? Not sure why it’s not there. I am using the latest version of Jupiter.

Please update Visual Composer to latest version (5.2.1) as the current version has a bug that makes it impossible to use dropdown/select box in the text editor. I can’t select heading, font color etc. VC 5.2.1 fixes that.

I have 6 licenses from you and was hoping on getting more. But now I am having an issue with VC and the font color and other dropdowns in the editor. Now I do understand this is a known issue with old versions of VC, but Artbees took their time to release (well, not released yet) the newer version of VC and every version has bug fixes.

Do your clients matter to you, and for them to have functional tools?

Also, why is it that I cannot save page sections or even elements with their settings to be used in other places on the website? I actually have to sit there and redo all the settings every time.

And PLEASE do not tell me to create a feature request. You guys NEVER listen to feature requests. There are some that have hundreds of votes for them, yet you never do them.

You have a good theme, but you guys have hijacked all the good features that come with Visual Composer so that we do not have access to them. And now a known issue from a few versions behind, and you have not released a fix yet?!

Oh and your new chat in the Dashboard is awesome. Except with 6 licenses, I have all 6 websites reading my support chat with you guys. 2 of them called and asked me what the issue was… And your code to disable on the website didn’t work… But I do want to use it, so why disable it? But I have to disable it so my clients don’t see my chats about other websites… Something is wrong in this.

Thanks Artbees! Will be looking at other options, like Beaver Builder and their theme that won’t lock me down.

Right now I’m really dissapointed with my purchase, hope this feeling change…

I cannot import any template from “Control Panel” > “Templates” and your support simply installed it importing manually.

¿But can I import manually from “Tools”>”Import”>”Wordpress”? Cause I can’t see templates inside theme download file… And I payed for it. So please, tell me where they are to import it manually.

After two weeks dealing with your support, issue is not solved yet. Furthermore, your backend works really slow when I try to do changes with Visual Composer.

I have other themes in other sites and don’t cause me any delay, so isn’t a problem with my hosting provider or my browser…

Please, give me a solution or a refund (I’d like to fix problem cause I think theme really worth it).

Bonjour, j’ai acheté le thème Jupiter hier et j’ai installé le thème enfant, les plugins Visual Composer, master slider pro et Layer Slider WP affichent une mise à jour que je ne peux pas faire … Sauf que je n’ai pas accès à la totalité des options de Visual composer et je ne peux peux donc pas créer mes pages pour le moment. D’autre part, depuis que j’ai activé le thème enfant, je n’ai plus accès au control panel de Jupiter, est-ce normal? Je ne peux pas non personnaliser le thème enfant depuis le menu “apparence”... Bref, le thème est pour le moment inutilisable … Que dois-je faire? J’ai ouvert un billet hier, on m’a répondu que les mises à jour apparaissent dans “required plugin” du control panel, mais comme je ne peux pas y avoir accès!!!! Comment dois-je procéder? Je commence à fatiguer… Merci.

Hey Guys! Loving the new updates of the theme, this is the second site I’ve built with Jupiter – a lot of great customization options.

One question – we’d like to use the Fullscreen Menu but I’m not seeing any possibilities for including widgets in the fullscreen menu. It’s a great option given it’s size for having the social media icons, the search function, even other quick links etc and to people to place them as widgets in columns, like in the footer.

Is this an option somehow? I’m I missing something here? It seems like it should be. Thanks!

adding a page section with 2 halfs, an image full screen and text to the right, on mobile the first two lines of text is touching the image. Can you tell me how to go through this?

Under 1280px, it shows the business cards, brochure and then A4 paper and Camp Pine Tree under the brochure; but once you expand the browser past 1280, the A4 paper and Camp Pine Tree move to the same row as the brochure as well as the Skillet record. I just want the original layout even on bigger screens, but not sure if this is a setting in the Theme.
