Can someone tell us how to make the mega menu work? We have set a dropdown menu with about 25 product categories, to be 4 columns, but it just tries to shove ALL the categories across one row. So rather than 4 cols…. clear row… 4 cols… etc. It’s 25 columns.

That article tells how to make it three or four columns. But from reading about this, if you have 25 categories, it doesn’t tile it after 3/4, it just continues right across cramming in 25. It’s not right.

If you check our official demo under Features top level menu item you will see a 5-columns mega menu layout – http://greatives.eu/themes/blade-v2/ . I guess this is what you need. Many apologies once again but it is almost impossible to provide support here (share images, links, credentials etc).

Correct. But it doesn’t work if you have more than 5 in the menu. If you haev 10 Product categorys, it goes “beyond” 5…. do you understand?

We are using quite a ot of woocommerce plugins. we cannot possibly remove them or the site won’t work how we want it. Something somewhere is definitely preventing Mega Menu from working.
Use the email to investigate if further. Just disable the plugins, do not remove these. We have to check it somehow since we cannot replicate it. Be sure that if it is theme related issue, we will sort it out.

Firstly, let’s clarify that there are no compatibility issues with the WooCommerce so there is nothing to be fixed. However, there will be an updated version of Blade during the day with updated Woo templates and new features (fixed bg image in row, gaps in columns).

Thanks for your quick reply. I didn’t think it a big deal, and was not sure this warranted a new ticket in the Support Forum.
I just created a separate Wordpress installation, imported the Blade V2 demo, and this came in with the Accordion element. Then switched the FAQ page to ‘Classic Mode’, copied the text section I needed, pasted this into the page I am working on, and now have the Accordion element. Bit long-winded, but it worked.

Hello, the Blade theme supports RTL. Does it mean that everything is RTL appropriately, including the header (logo is on the right instead of left, menus, etc…), footer and all other page elements?
Also, I’ve noticed that most (all?) of the theme demo pages are dark. Does the theme work nicely with light color scheme?

I am not quite sure that I fully understand your question here as you can easily customize your site – http://docs.greatives.eu/tutorials/how-to-style-your-site-with-blade/ and define your color preferences. The colors you see on our demo are just based on our designer’s mockups.

Just a quick question regarding the header options please. I hope I have not overlooked any of this on the features page.
Basically, can any of the header options be activated independently of each other? - In other words, having a top bar section with any menu or logo setup? (top bar with the Spear demo) - Having a sticky menu with the logo centered or to the side? (sticky menu with the Spear demo) - Social media links in the top bar?
Also, is that an image in the background of the Footer in the Spear demo? Nice.

First of all, thank you very much for your interest in Blade.
Regarding your questions:
Header mode is configured globally, whether it will be a default, logo on top or a side header. You cannot have a different header mode per page, but you can either hide any menu elements you wish or have another menu per page. If you have set logo on top as your header mode you can enable a sticky header that will be logo on top as well.
You can have social media links in both the header and the top bar.
And yes, this is indeed a background image in the footer!

All is 100%, but for something I cannot figure out. I’m sure I’ve missed it somewhere, so sorry about that! But for the life of me I cannot find how to remove the image that is being placed behind the top logo and main menu for the blog page and all blog posts. I’d like this to be the default that I’ve set-up, which is a simple background color set for the entire site. I have set the ‘Blog Header Style’ to default, with no overlapping.

I’ve worked it out! The default header image from the import was still there, and just had to be removed, and then the color I’d set took over.
