I was looking to get a typewriter effect on the text on the landing screen. Came across a third party plugin that does exactly this. However, its for WYSISYG VC, but they’ve stated that if the theme supports third party shortcodes, theirs should work. So, does it?

Not exactly, but I’m curious to know what you meant by that.
This was the plugin bundle I was interested in. https://codecanyon.net/item/super-bundle-for-visual-composer/20374176 Specifically, the typewriter text effect in it.
This plugin is not bundled into theme and as far as we knows, VC does not have anything like that included by default.
Purchased the theme last week. I’m trying to access the forum by registering with the purchase code. It says the support period is expired!
EDIT- BTW, my question is how do I make the hamburger menu appear on all responsive sizes? I don’t see it at all anywhere.

you bought the Hosted service and not the regular/extended licenses and this has nothing to with the licenses we sell. In such case, you need to contact with Envato staff because only they are responsible for your service.

Hello we just purchased Be Theme, when trying to edit the color of the theme from Muffin builder or any other value, it is not saving, it is always reverting back to the original color. Changing the logo etc is working. We check the php_value max_input_vars and it properly set to 19 000

Hi – Once installed and you find the template you want – install it – is there a way to getting rid of the rest of the themes as its quite a large file to hold on host i imagine? Wont this reduce speed of the site?
Is there a way that the rest can be deleted without breaking the template you wanted?

please make sure, you have BeTheme 20 or newer version and then, under Plugins section, please deactivate Layer Slider first, go to BeTheme > Install Plugins section, check the plugin and choose Update action.

for that, you can use Featured Image option which is on the right side of editing page. But, please make sure that you didn’t set Minimalistic header under BeTheme Options > Header & Subheader > Header section.

earlier i posted this in reply to one of your responses on the forums: I installed the BeTheme, now I am trying to install a pre-built website and i get the “can not get domain name” message. I don’t understand what you mean by saying I need to register my license Key first then unregister and register again on the main domain. why would i unregister it? and what is the “main domain”?
..... So NOW i just went to deregister it to attempt to follow your instructions and it says “Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page.”

If we want to use medic2 style logo and menu in lawyers template how can we do that, Keeping the lawyer template other contents same as is.

to use same logo style, you need to use Overflow Logo option, which is located under BeTheme Options > Global > Logo section. However, please bear in mind, that this style works with some header styles only.

Apparently something is wrong every time I want to edit the theme, I get the 500 error. I do not know if it’s the theme or my hosting provider. How can I know what is failing?
also i have another problem, the logo disappear on mobile
500 is an Internal Server error what means this has nothing to with the theme and is related with the limits on server side. So this, could be fixed by your admin/hosting provider only.
Please send us link to page where from logo disappear on mobile so we can take a closer look on it.

I happen to notice some strange extra spacing on our email page. I’m not sure if this was from the most recent update that I did today, or the previous one that I saw not too long ago. It’s where the email icons are, some seem to be out of place. I believe you helped me on this before when this happened.
