Hi! Seiko theme isnt sections ready. Oour theme has own method choose sections for home page (limited to 6 sections per page by default)
Very disappointed with the customer service. I’ve tried calling for support twice after an unfinished work one of the developers had made. I’d really hope that the customer service here was amazing. Obviously, after such inconveniences, my thoughts about it are further changed.

Hi! Yes, we can enlarge the “add to cart” button and to put trust badges just below. Is it possible to add trust badges on the cart page ? – Yes. We have short descriptions and custom tabs different for each products. We use own shortcodes.

Hi. Im trying to embed a youtube video in the description but cannot get it to work properly. It only shows up with a little icon on the left hand side where the images are. I would like it to show up before or after the short description. If put in the code under it only shows up with a very small play icon on the left hand side (i added parentheses instead of brackets as it is not allowed here) :

Hello. Tried to view the test checkout page, but it directed me to a Shopify error stating the “checkout system has been disabled”.
Hi! Our demo checkout page is disabled because we have developer version (checkout is trial), but in your store checkout page must work if you have paid plan.
I’ve downloaded the Page Review app from Shopify and tried to follow the instruction on how to install it. According to them, the code is supposed to be pasted in the product-template.liquid file, but I do not see such file. Where is this code suppose to go?

We advice to disable it temporary in Theme Settings / Genera / Wishlist – uncheck checkbox. You can also use paid wishlist app from Shopify app’s store.”

I have worked with a few shopify themes that were very easy to edit and some that were very difficult so just want to make sure it’s very user friendly (so my client can also easily edit later and she has no shopify experience) THNKS!

the website becomes really slow when published, and it loads scripts/apps very slowly, the website loads in about 30 seconds which is terrible for mobile. is there a way to make the them more friendly and efficient?
