Hi, I’d like help or directions on how to pick the posts that will show up on the carroussel (mosaic of pictures at the home page). I’m using the 4 pictures one and it always shows up the last 4 posts. How can I choose the posts instead of it load the last 4 posts automatically? Regards, Filipe

I don’t know exactly which element you are referring to. Most elements that display posts have options to filter and sort the articles that are displayed. If you could provide some additional information it would be most helpful.

Te big grid posts can be changed from the block settings. You will have to learn how to edit pages and change the block settings for each block on your page. You are using a blog style homepage, displaying your latest articles. The module that displays these articles can be changed in the Theme panel->Template settings, also you can set a sidebar if you choose so

Can i combine the slider of a demo with layout of another demo? For instance slider of classic blog plus layout of beauty blog. Anyway to achieve that look?

The elements used on those demos are Big Grids. Any Big grid or Full Big grid can be used on pages or category pages. Here you can see how they all look, and the available styles

Yes it is possible. You can install the Beauty blog demo, and the grid that is displayed on homepage can be changed. The homepage can be edited with the tagDiv composer and customized any way you like with the available options. Sorry for the confusion.

I changed newsmag to newspaper because I want to set slide on main page, I set Big grid slide, but feature image size’s doesn’t fit(biggest image). How can I solve it?

Maybe the featured image you are using for that post is not big enough in size. Each module requires a thumbnail size that will be displayed. These thumbnails are created from the featured images

If your featured image is bigger than this size, then it could be only a matter of regenerating the thumbnails. Please check this guide

1) I know the first is BLOCK 9, but don’t know how to recreate the bullet list.
2) The second is Big Grid Full 8, but how can I move the title down like in the DEMO? In my homepage the title is on the top.
And my homepage on mobile has the title size too big.. is not like you’re demo (like a responsive size for the titles)

Hi,
Each demo has custom styling and design. That is indeed Block 9, with some modifications in the demo stylesheet. Block 9 uses module 8. If you were to open the Gadgets demo stylesheet, there you can see all the modifications made to this module to display like it is

You could copy that CSS styling referring to the module, in the main theme stylesheet. Just remove the gadgets class from the code. The Big Grid also has some customization to it’s modules (module mx19 and module mx25). Check the demo stylesheet and see what has been made to these as well.

Hi, this is a pre-purchase doubt: I’ve read that your theme doesn’t support infinite scrolling of posts. Due this is a really relevant feature in my project, do you plan to add it to the theme in the (closest) future… or I have to look for something else? I really hope that you can consider to develop this feature, although I can understand that’s difficult to implement.
Yes, I know… I can hire a personal developer to find the solution built exactly on my needs… but by this way, probably I will not be able to upgrade your core theme anymore, due the customization I’ve realized.
That is why I would like to encourage this issue, which seems to be demanded by several people in the comments, in the last months and years.

Thank you for your appreciation. If this is a deciding factor in your decision, please note that the theme does not have infinite scrolling for posts available as an option. At the moment I could not say if there are any plans in implementing something like this in the theme. There are many suggestion and recommendations and we take them all into account. Each theme update is meant to brig new options an more features to the theme, while maintaining performance and functionality.

Hi. A question before purchase. Actually I am looking for two features. 1.To exhibit knowledge base for which the homepage looks fit 100% 2.One of the links on Homepage leading to a directory/listing page about the products being talked about. 2a)Does this theme help in listing/directory in any way 2b)If not do i need to buy another theme for that and can that work along with this theme?

Most of the theme features can be seen in the live demo (check the features menu)

If you are referring to the theme width, this is predefined in the theme stylesheet, and there are no options to modify it. Full width results can be achieved on pages, using the row settings. It depends on you to consider if these elements and features are suited for the project you want to build.

a pre-purchase question. Do you plan the bigger width layout than 1116 px? I mean for the PC users/readers with fullHD 2K, 4K screens. I mean the fullwith or up to lets say aproximately 1400px width of the theme?

The theme width is predefined and at the moment there are no options at the moment to modify it in general. There are options to modify the header and footer to the full width of the page. On pages, using the tagDiv composer there are options to stretch the rows, in order to achieve full with results. Full grids are available as well. Please check the theme live demo

Our theme uses the default database of WordPress. It does not change anything in the db structure. There are only 2 tables for posts. wp_posts and wp_postmeta

For some reason after last update the text for posts are running under the sidebar unless I make the post’s content 2/3 then the side bar does not overlap the conten… weird… lol
seems to only happen when tagDiv Composer is activated…
What’s your tagDiv Composer do anyways?

You can still use visual composer if you want to or if you do not like our new page builder. Visual composer will still remain bundled with our theme but we will focus more on our own page builder from now on as it is an ‘in-house’ developed plugin. We do not recommend keeping both players active though as it creates many layout issues. Pick the one you want to use and disable the other one.

The theme does not have this feature for the posts. Infinite scrolling for posts is not implemented in the theme. The modules used by the blocks to display content on pages do not have the option to display a number of shares. They will display author name, date and comment count. In the live demo, all the features of the theme can be seen

Hello im trying to update the theme with envato market but when i click on Update available after generating and saving the token, nothing happens.
If i click open in a new window it says i have the latest version, but still appear i need to update to a new one

Hi TagDiv, I am working on a client’s website they are using the latest version 8.1, I was trying to optimize the page size when I noticed that the new theme is adding a lot of javascript and html/txt in the footer its hidden from the user but remains on the page, the code is using multiple headers and footer tags as well+text hidden… is it bug? Those elements are loaded by the theme, this is not a bug. The theme and theme plugins are using these elements that you found in the page source, and they do not have noticeable effect on page speed.

This might change in future theme updates and a condition will be added, but for the moment this is the functionality of the theme. There will be no noticeable effect if the theme loads these elements.

i cant not use long post slug in post. it only showing 13 to15 words. i manually copy the long post name in permalink, but after save it turns into shot slug in between 14 to 15 words. currently i am use Bangla language. but if i use English not problem at all. please help me brother.
