Before we release any update, apart from all the comprehensive testing involved., we actually update our multisite network of 29 live demos, the same way customers would. Our demos are currently running the latest version of the theme and we haven’t encountered the issues.

It is likely that the issue is specific to your site. Firstly, clear your Browser and Plugin cache to ensure that the latest resources get loaded in the site. If the problems persists, please share your wordpress admin access to help@brandexponents.com so that our developers can investigate the issue in your site and help resolve the same at the earliest. Also elaborate on the actual issues you have had so we can investigate accordingly.

That’s good to know. Right now, I’m chasing down server 500 errors that come up within the Wordpress admin screens. The site is configured with Wordpress v4.8.1, Oshine v5.1, Woocommerce v3.1.2. Once that is sorted, I’ll try the update to Oshine v6.0.1 again.

Apologies I couldn’t respond any sooner as it was the weekend. Please share your wordpress admin as well as FTP access to help@brandexponents.com so that we can investigate the division by zero errors message. We are running the latest version of these plugins in our 29 live demos and we haven’t had this problem, so I would definitely have to investigate to figure the problem in your site. With regard to the SVG logo, we need to use custom css to align them to the logo. I will provide it when I have the link to your site.

To have the Menu Slide from the Right, you need to choose the Top Header Style as Style7 and Menu Style as Right Sliding Menu or Right Stacked Sliding Menu under OSHINE OPTIONS > TOP HEADER SETTINGS.

Hi Swami – so i rolled it back after it broke the header. After doing that though the update was no longer available. I uploaded the new files via ftp after that and now there are no issues… not sure what happened but everything is good to go now. Thanks for your reply!

Kindly disable any 3rd party plugin you may have that could be conflicting with the theme. If the issue persists, do email your URL, wp-admin id and password using the contact form in the support tab so we can investigate the issue further.

As mentioned by our support staff, kindly use the CSS code below to have the issue with Logo fixed in your site -

You need to paste the code in the custom CSS section under OSHINE OPTIONS > GENERAL SETTINGS.

Unfortunately, the Header Wrap option will affect the site Globally and there isn’t an option to turn Wrap ON just a selective set of pages.

Thanks for your reply Swami! I actually need a way to create a stand-alone menu item that links to a section on a separate page. For instance, client wants menu item “referrals” to link to referrals ID on the services page.

You can still do that. To link the menu item to a section on another page, you have to append the Section ID to the respective page’s URL. Ex. if this is your services page’s URL – www.yoursite.com/services then the Referrals Link would look like – www.yoursite.com/services/#referrals

Ok I think it’s working now. I had to create a category “catálogos” and select it on the portfolio module along with the filter by tags. Thank you so much. The only thing that’s missing it’s opening fixed height animated module in a new tab.

Hi,

Instead of using infinite scroll option, please use the lazy load option we have introduced recently. ( Latest Oshine Modules plugin ). Lazy loading will ensure the images are loaded only when you scroll to a particular item, but the grid will be formed at the time of page load. Thus it will not hamper performance and will also solve your problem.
