I like this theme!
I like creating pages with Tatsu Editor but when I switch to wordpress editor there is a white space that appear at the top and at the bottom of the page.
How can I fix this?

As per the design, we add the Page title Bar and wrap the contents of the page within the container, on pages where the default editor is enabled and TATSU is disabled. So in case you have switched the editor to make any changes, kindly change it back to TATSU and save the page so that the layout does not get modified. However, since all the modules are easily editable in TATSU, we do not recomned making any changes to the page (built with TATSU) in the default editor, as you make accidentally edit the shortcodes and that can break the page. Do let me know if the issue still persists.

update: I found the page “parallax” but only after settin’ it as the homepage of my site the background images became with full width. If I wanted to have the same effect in a section of a normal page, how can I set it? Thank you

Thanks for purchasing our theme and I am glad you found the parallax page. I am not sure why its taking effect only when set as a home page. This shouldn’t be the case and should work properly even when its a normal page. Hi there, I am looking to purchase this theme.
I would like the ability to be able to animate the thumbnails, small looping animations to grab attention to specific portfolio elements and to bring my site to life. I would also like to be able to add video on the click through. This would not be clickable and will play in the background on a loop.
Can these theme do both of these?

Thank you for your interest in purchasing the theme.
Yes, you can use the Portfolio Post type and Portfolio Module for your site. You can upload a gif image as the Featured Image to your Portfolio Post so that the animated image is pulled up as Thumbnail in the grid. Ensure that you Enable the Masonry option in the Portolio Module while using gif images, as they cannot be cropped in height, unlike normal jpg images. A Masonry Enabled Portfolio grid would look like this – http://oshinewptheme.com/v1/fullwidth-portfolio-without-gutter-4-column/ .
You can link Video to your Portfolio post and that video will open in Lightbox. It is, unfortunately not possible to have the Video played as the thumbnail itself.

Ok that is great, yet unfortunate. As I need this to play videos.
So would it be possible if I can use your ‘Unique header and menu styles’ with another theme? Could I buy it as a plug in? or get it to work that way?

Apologies, but the Header Styles are intricately coded within the theme and is not available as a Plugins and hence cannot be used with another theme.

If you could provide the link to the website / theme that you have in mind for the Video (in thumbnail) feature, I can check if we will be able to provide some custom code to get this working with OSHINE itself, or identify a 3rd party plugin that offers this feature and is also compatible with our theme.

The portfolio items in the grid on this page, all open in a new tab and they do not play the video in the grid itself. This kind of grid is possible with OSHINE as well. Here is a sample from our demo – http://oshinewptheme.com/v21/ .
If you meant to ask, if the video’s could be played as BG in a separate page, in loop, that is definitely possible in OSHINE and you can find a sample here – http://oshinewptheme.com/v20/

Hello Swami, I contacted you a few days ago, and you told me to write in the contact support, I sent you my credentials but i did not received any answer yet. (You should remove the /update from the url I sent you in the email.) My problems are:
1) This is how it looks in my site and in your demo site: https://imgur.com/90yU6oM The columns are narrow and the prices are cut in two. This is how it looks in the original woocommerce style using Twenty Seventeen theme: https://imgur.com/cYsyT6R. Is it possible to maintain the vertical original format? Can you change it?
2) In my iphone the site has an annoying horizontal scrolling. It doesn’t happen when i test it in the computer browser even using the inspector with a mobile size resolution. So you should try to test it in a real mobile. The scrolling is in all the pages of the website. I tried, disabling all plugins, all custom css code and also creating an empty html page. The scroll is still there. I have checked that the same happens in your online demo website. So i did a test, replacing an old version of the oshine theme.. a 4.7 version something and it magically stopped the scrolling. So it is something in the theme that is not good. I cannot reproduce the problem in the desktop computer to inspect it. It only happens in a real mobile. Please try to solve it, it´s very annoying and it lacks professionalism to the website.

Apologies about the delay in the response. I notice that my team has responded with the possible solution for the questions. As mentioned there, the layout changes in the CART page seems to require modification in the markup structure and it does not seem scalable too in cases when there are more products in the Cart. I am also looking in a quick workaround for this, that can be achieved through custom CSS. I will respond with any fix that I have to your email in the Support Channel.

Hello, I really like your theme! Somehow I have the problem to remove the social share buttons from blog posts. I tried the css code in de general settings:
.single-post-share .single-page-att{ display: none; }
But the social share buttons are still there. I found this code here in this comments. There was another person who wanted to remove them and there you answerd to put this code into the general settings.

The Hover Style chosen in V2 Portfolio grid page is Style 3 – Direction Aware and the Title Style is Title and Meta TOP. The thumbnail overlay color is set to White with 75% opacity. All these options can be found in the Portfolio Module in TATSU.
Regarding the response time – we have mentioned in the Support Policy in our profile page – https://themeforest.net/user/brandexponents, as per which it could take a maximum of 24 – 48 hours for responses. And i see that it has been just 10 hours since you have posted your question. Also, kindly use the contact form in the Support Tab to reach out to us in the future, which will reach our official support mailbox and we have 6 support staffs there and your response times will definitely be faster.

There is a bug on Tatsu – Mac Os in “InLine Text” when you try to select the text you cannot actually see what are you selecting.

We have tested the Inline text module and we are unable to replicate this issue. Kindly ensure you have the latest version of the theme. You can follow the instructions in METHOD 3 in the knowledge base article to update the theme. As mentioned in the same article, kindly make a backup of your Options Panel settings and Content prior to updating the theme. Do let me know if you need further assistance.

There is a BUG on Portfolios, currently using V28. All the Portfolios even the Examples like “Aqua” display a broke “Related” link before the Footer bar that seems to load after all the page is loaded. The Related link is showing 3 portfolio links with dates and “similar post”. I tried to get rid of this but nothing seems to work.
I found you can disable part of the “Related Post” on Settings>Reading>Related posts. The problem is Why is this not controlled inside Oshine Options? I’m still having 3 links with name of Portfolios, not formatted properly on the CSS of the theme, and not able to control disable!

Oshine has multiple bugs since they moved to Tatsu. Pages are not properly translated from Be Pages to Tatsu, Images get distorted on its Heigh, and a “Related” portofolio link appears even if you try to fix the Footer. Safari and Firefox not display the same on Portfolios, and images look not properly heigh fixed. I have 3 account of Oshine and all of them are having problems con galleries and portfolios displaying the same heigh distortion problems on iPhone and on Android phones.
Tatsu has a problem on Mac Os where you cannot scroll down all the options to the bottom, so it’s impossible to select what ever is there.

And the experience with migration has by and large been seamless. It is likely that you might be missing out on the steps to migrate. I see that you are having the Jetpack Plugin enabled in your site. It is likely that the cropping of images is due to a conflict with the plugin. Can you try diabling the plugin to check if that fixes the issue? If not, kindly drop us an email regarding this issue with your URL and admin details so we can investigate this issue.

Custom CSS isn’t actually required to remove the duplicate logo. It would have appeared only if your browser had cached the old css files as there was a change in markup structure as well as the css styling involved and you would have got the issue only with the older css file. We have confirmed that the issue was related to browser cache alone based on reports from several users who ran into a similar problem. I have a post on my site which shows the social buttons which must have been added by the theme as I don’t have any other related plugins installed. How do I access the page to configure these? Is there a way to add extra buttons (for instagram for example?)

The icons at the bottom of the Post are added in the theme and they are Social Share icons. The visitor to your site can use these icons to Share the post in their respective social media pages. Unfortunately, the list is pre defined and you cannot add new icons among this. However if you do not want the icons in the post, you can use the CSS code below to hide them -

display: none;
}
You need to paste the code in the custom CSS section under OSHINE OPTIONS > GENERAL SETTINGS.

Hi there, thanks for a great theme – I love using Tatsu. I used the Oshine theme without any hitches for 2 websites already, and today installed it for a third website, and all of a sudden I can’t add any modules in Tatsu. I’ve reloaded WP, reloaded the theme, and reloaded the child theme (v14) and activated all the relevant plugins. While all the demo content is there and I can edit/delete whatever is there, I can’t seem to add any modules – the little ‘plus’ icon normally appearing at the top/bottom of module blocks is also not there… I’ve rattled my brain trying to figure out why, and the only possible clue was that I noticed amongst the list of installed plugins that the ‘Oshine Modules’ plugin looks different in the list – after it’s installed and activated the ‘deactivate’ link below it dissapears and only the ‘edit’ link remains, which is weird. It could be unrelated to the problem, but perhaps not. What should I do? Please help?

I am using Tatsu and saved one of the pages I created as a template, it confirmed it was saved, now how do I create a copy of that page in a new post? It’s not showing in the list of ‘concepts’ so where is it and how do I select it?
