One quick thought is that we’ve seen this happen when cache needs to be cleared, or when using CloudFlare’s autominification.
Simple question. If I’ve loaded an extended demo, is impossible to use visual composer isn’t it. Because of the code is created with cornerstone right?

From the licenses page of your Themeco account (https://theme.co/apex/licenses) you can remove the URL of your test domain. This will allow you to enter your purchase code into the new site.
how do I login into that url
Purchase code could not be added to user account: License already exists for this Envato Purchase Code.
Please suggest what to do now … I guess you need to help me manually… as I have forgot my access to theme.co as well 
You can do a password reset to try and get the info you setup for your account here. If you do not remember the email please contact us directly with your purchase code and Envato purchase code, and we can look it up.

Hi guys, thank you for the template! I’m installing it and when I’m loading a demo content, it tells me that I didn’t installed revolution slider, to go in the page and to activate it but… I don’t see rev slider in that page. Why?

Correct, as explained on the demo page that is how those work (they are just the layout). If you want the images and all you would use an Expanded Demo.

No one is replying because you sent a private message to a system account, not a forum post. Your account does not have a license added, so if you purchased X and would like support make sure the license is added to your Themeco account (currently it is not). Once the license is added to your account, you’ll have access to the support forums and can post your question there.

Guys, I really need help. I can’t see the icon of “new topic” in support forum. Is this because perhaps I couldn’t link my license? I’ve put inside my avada purchase code but it told me that that license is already registered. If I enter in the forum page I can’t see the icon to open the new topic. That would not be possible with X (building the site on an iPad). The site itself, when using the theme, will definitely work on an iPad, however if you are speaking to the actual build or editing of the site, that would need to be done on a desktop or laptop.

I have a few pre-sale questions:
1. In the Portfolio, when you click on a portfolio image, can it link to a regular page instead of a project or portfolio page? I want to use the Portfolio to show practice areas for a law firm and I want each one to link to it’s own page, not a post/project/portfolio page.
2. Can the links for pages or portfolio images be set to always open in a new tabs?
3. Can a portfolio be inserted on any page via the page builder? For example, can I drop at portfolio in the middle of the home or about us page?
4. Can I have multiple portfolios of different information throughout the site on various pages?

1. While the portfolio does not work this way out of the box, you could easily make an adjustment for this via a child theme if necessary.
2. Same as #1. 
3. The portfolio is itself a page template, so it cannot be placed onto any page using the builder, but can be applied to any page as needed. If you have more advanced portfolio needs, you can also explore our included Extensions “The Grid” and “Essential Grid,” which give more powerful layout options in these areas.
4. I’m not entirely sure what you mean for this one. Would you mind elaborating a bit so we can provide you with a more thorough answer? Thanks!

I’m thinking that a work around to achieve everything I have listed here would be to create 4 column image galleries and have each image in the gallery linked to the respective page I want it to go to. Could I then place the image gallery on any page (home, about, etc.) in any position (mid page in between text, etc.) via the page builder? I should be able to have the links on each image open in a new tab when I assign the URL for the page I want it to link to, correct?
I am familiar with visual composer. Is your page builder similar?

Or, if I cannot link images that are in a gallery to individual pages, perhaps I can still achieve my end result, by placing individual images in columns via the page builder and linking each individual image to a page?? This is assuming that your page builder functions similarly to visual composer.

Our builder is different than visual composer but from a feature amount it has the same extend so I am confident that you will be able to achieve something like described by you. First thing would be to get used to Cornerstone and then if you are having troubles feel free to use our member area to open a support ticket at any time.

you guys used to have great support but now the new forum is taking forever.
I posted a question regarding the problem I am having with the visual composer’s row setting and how other add-ons for the visual composer such as the ultimate addons don’t work properly with your theme and still no answer.
The ultimate addons has row background effects and other settings that dont work with either x or x pro.
How can I fix this problem?
there are so many users that post in your support forum and their post is less than an hour old and your staff already replied to them. My question was posted more than 12 hours ago and still no reply.
You mention on your site that you reply to posts in the order they were received but it doesn’t seem like it.

I’d be happy to clarify. All questions are answered in the order received however there is also a filter that sorts by age of the ticket as a whole (so if a ticket is still present after several replies it will stay closer to the top so as to get the matter resolved). Generally speaking though all questions are answered in the order received, and our aim is to respond within 24 hours (typically sooner). It may take a bit longer at times like on the weekend or during especially busy times, but a member of our team will be happy to reply just as soon as your ticket is up.
