Yes, there is a log in Element that can be deployed via the Fusion Builder but it does not support a social login option unfortunately. There are many plugins available, but we do not have one particular plugin to recommend.

Hi, I’m a little unclear on how support works and was hoping to get some clarification on it. So the purchase of the theme includes 6 months of support by ThemeFusion or 12 months if you pay the additional fee for extended support. After the 6 or 12 month time frame what happens? If you run into technical issues and need to submit a ticket would you have to pay for additional support? If so, what is the fee for more support? Do you pay an amount per ticket or do you pay a another fee for 6 more months of support? Also, is support always provided by themefusion or at some point does envato take over support? Thanks for your help on this.

We hear you loud and clear, however allows us to clarify that Envato introduced paid item support back in September 2015 and we theme authors had zero control or influence over this. Hi,
our website (Avada theme) was created by a web design and marketing company less than 2 years ago and they are no longer in business. our license is applied and we are are getting updates. however, a recent update broke our site (error 404 server not found) and caused trouble accessing wp. we reverted to a previous version using CPanel. because we are now managing our site, do we need to purchase a new license to get support from Avada (e.g. plugin questions to ensure compatibility and advice for fixing problems)? is this the forum for it? I’m concerned that applying a new license might break the site. we may have some custom work done there.

I can understand the issue however this shouldn’t happen on the update for you, however we would love to assist you with it but you need to open a support ticket with a proper license as right now we do not see a purchased badge and i do understand you do not have a license so if you can get in touch with the previous developer and get the hold of account that will do for us, if not however than you can simply purchase a new license and open a new support account with us and then open a ticket and we are there to help you 
Adding the new license details will not make any change to your site at all, it should be all fine and good.

hi, our contact form 7 has stopped transmitting messages. it is not being received in our server. I’ve been told by our host provider that this is due to incompatibility with our theme. can you recommend a contact form for our avada fusion?
can you also recommend a file management plugin (member access for upload and download of documents) that works well with Avada? thanks.

We have zero issues with CF7 plugin and we actually have 100% compatibility with it, there should be no issues when it comes to that plugin so please make sure you have no issues from server side.
We have not yet tried any specific file management plugin as of yet so can not provide you with a solid recommendation right now.

I have purchased a general licence with 12 months support. in an earlier reply, ThemeFusion mentioned that updating our published site’s purchase code with the new one will not make any changes to our site.
Will the login credentials change after updating with the new purchase code? or that depends on which account I add the purchase code to? the developer’s (to which we have access) or our own.
We are managing both theme-fusion.com accounts. if only the username can be changed, we can just manage one and have record of both purchase codes.
I will create a ticket once the best account to be used is determined.

thanks Ammar. I will get that ticket out. but before that may I ask for assistance to have our username in theme-fusion.com changed? unfortunately, our developer did not use our name but theirs. this account only contains our original purchase code and our contact info. they should not have done that. is this possible? i cannot create a ticket because we might have to create a second account that has our username. but since an email address can only be used for a single account, we are left with no choice but to use the account created by the developer for us.

hi Ammar, it’s been a week since I contacted our support department but no response as of yet. could you please inform them I have sent emails last week/ please understand that we cannot start a ticket for the theme upgrade until this is confirmed. we have yet to associate the purchase code to the appropriate theme-fusion account. thank you.

Right now there is no possibility of bulk license and you have to purchase a stand alone license for each of the domain in this case.
Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

I really interesting on purchasing AVADA theme, and i have Pre-sale question 
Will the page builder “fusion builder” works well with SEO? I have use Kallyas theme for my site and the page builder kinda block all my content and google won’t read my SEO :’( i have use yoast SEO and they told me that because of the page builder cause the problem.

We are happy to hear that you are interested in our theme, however regarding your query this depends on the element you are using if its hidden behind any element that needs a trigger probably it won’t be read by SEO search engines but there is also mixed views when it comes to that other than that our builder does render content like a normal editor should.

Hi,
Is there an easy way for me to add an exciting page layout to a tab.
In the Visual Composer jeg can simple drag and drop the fields into the tab. However, in your page-builder it doesn’t seem to be possible.
Currently we are having a very long page. We would like to break it up into tabs. So it would be great if I don’t have to reconstruct the whole layout in the tab setting but instead just add the current layout to each respectable tabs.
Does it make sense?

I am not sure i understood your query here properly, do you mean you want to put the whole page code inside a Fusion Tab? that will not work since for tabs you need a different column code and the builder has outer column code that is going to break the tab layout for you in this case.

Update to WordPress 4.8.2 with Avada 5.2.2 installed disables Fusion Builder 1.2.2. Cannot switch back to Default Editor either. All content editing features fail in Posts and Pages. Urgent patch needed!
As an update, I found it to be JM Twitter Cards 8.0 that is not compliant with WordPress 4.8.2 which in turns crashes Fusion Builder 1.2.2. Additionally the very popular JivoChat 1.2 is not working under WordPress 4.8.2. Might check your build carefully, where I am sure Avada is affected by this WordPress update.
