I have bought the theme but I can’t verify the purchase through the WP backend. I need to install the demos but it only works with the verification token from Envato as you know. I have generated a token from the same account I have purchased the theme (tried 3 times, double checked all permissions) but it failed to verify. Is there anything you can help me with? Thanks

Please, add availability of custom url for Logo. In this case, I could upload svg file into ftp…./uploads/... and use it for all platfroms (mobile, desktop … etc.)

Actually you can already use SVG logos in our Theme Options now if you are on our latest version or any version that is 5.x above, however if you are looking to get something else please do send us your feature request to support@theme-fusion.com and we will gladly add this to our list.

I’m updating one of my slides in the Fusion Slider. I’m trying to use a self hosted video. When I’m in the slide editor the “Slider Content Settings” section does not offer me a way to select a video. Is there something I’m missing? Should I be selecting the video somewhere else?

I have a place to select self-hosted video from the dropdown. The problem comes when I want to select which self-hosted video. The problem is that there is no option for selecting from my media library after that. I am putting in a ticket with your support site.

Thanks for the post, however we’d very much appreciate changing out the demo you tested so it accurately reflects what is achievable with the theme, not dependent on non-optimized images.
It’s great to show speed results and I assume you chose a demo from each of the top sellers randomly. But it is very important to note what is the result of the theme vs what would be the result of what the user does (uploading non-optimized images).
Image compression has nothing to do with the theme, clearly images on that demo need optimized which we can do, but the scores are not related to the theme itself so it can be very misconstrued.
The only low scores we have are the result of images only, not the theme itself. I do see you notated that in your reply to some degree, but it’s not an accurate reading in our opinions.
Both Webpagetest.org and Pingdom show more accurate results with 91/100 and A’s across the board besides image optimization for Webpagespeed.
What would be more accurate is testing a demo that has images optimized

Google’s mobile scores are lower in everyone’s test because it is quite picky about mobile in general. Things that pass on desktop, may not on mobile.
We’d greatly appreciate it if you could change out the demo tested to the main Avada demo which has images optimized on the home page here: https://avada.theme-fusion.com and accurately reflects the actual theme, not the images.

A simple question: we have a 2/3 + 1/3 container. Both columns contain pictures of equal height:1168px × 659px + 594px × 659px, but picture inside the second column doesn’t look of the same height. How can we solve it?

Have you selected the equal column height options as YES? if that is it and you have same size of images you should be all good, however if not than please make sure that you are not setting up a padding or margin for one inside the design tab though if the issue persist please do open a support ticket and our team will assist you with this issue precisely.

I was just wondering what the road map for an option to have the title of an portfolio item (in a portfolio grid) look like? I found info from 2016 saying it would come in version 5.0 but if it has, I can’t find it.

I really like your theme and your many demos! I want to recommend it for two completely different clients of mine, but I am wondering about the placement of the language switcher (both sites need to be multi-language). it will always be placed inside the menu area actually so for the side header as you see in daycare it will be placed below all the menu areas same way as you see in the other screenshot you shared and exactly the same for the architecture demo but it will be in the main menu area, overall it looks good with all our demos i can assure you that, unfortunately we can not put them on all the demos much easily as it will require the setup of WPML plugin there.

We do have multiple styles for our Fusion Buttons too that you can select from the element itself as can be seen here => http://prntscr.com/gpgfwk
However if you are looking to get some more additional styles than you have to use custom CSS or third party plugins for that, tho we have not tried VC elements inside our builder elements in this case and i will not be able to provide you with a solid response about this.

Hey guys!
I have been using one of your themes for one of my clients’ website…
Some reason the loading gif stuck at the top of the browser till the image in the slider fully loaded… then drops down right before the image pops up in the slider.
I have been using Avada themes for a long time and I have never came across with this… on all my other sites the loader gif is in the middle of the slider.
Can someone give me advice on how to fix this?

Hi, unfortunately the classic demo import failes when i choose ‘all’.
The partial Import workes, but then it does not Import menues …
The hosting environments are (Memory Limit: 256 mb, max_execution_time: 50000).
How can i archive a complete classic Import?

Is your theme compatible with WP Job Manager plugin or you have any other Listing functionality? If not, can we expect implementation of such feature in near future? Does your theme include all mentioned sliders, as bundled, or they need to be purchased separately?
