My support has expired but i just wondered if you could tell me why both WooCommerce Advanced Product Labels and YITH WooCommerce Badge Management plugins don’t work on the product grid/category pages? My client just wants a new banner to appear over the product image.
It works on the product page but not the grid. Neither of the plugin authors have been able to fix it.

We have checked it and unfortunately, we came to this conclusion that it’s a plugin incompatibility and has to be asked in the community forums. It’s because it needs to be validated and if there were other users which were using this plugin, they come and vote for it so the development team considers fixing it in the future.

I installed Jupiter theme and Wordpress noticed me that I needed more memory (I have 40MB and I would need 96MB). Following the instructions from this Wordpress link (https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP) I changed the memory limit in the file “default-constants.php” of my FTP (inside “public_html” and “wp_includes” folders). But my Wordpress stopped working right away. I put the initial memory limit back, then, but the Wordpress still not working.
I would like to know what I should fix to make my Wordpress work again and how I can increase the WP_memory_limit from 40MB to 96MB, please.

You can ask your Hosting provider to help you increase it, it seems they have a limit and you can’t increase it yourself.

I have a problem with the contact form, the Captcha is not working it shows a broken image link for some reason, I am trying to submit a ticket on the forum but when I go and try to log in, it keeps telling me 502 Bad Gateway. Although there are some points I’d like to discuss about your benchmarking method which to our belief, can put the accuracy of your method under question mark. Thanks a lot for the effort though. Thanks @artbees Tests like this need to be taken with a pinch of salt, but I think that was made clear in the write up. Very interested to hear your thoughts though–and please let me know if you improve the Bellona template’s scores (it wouldn’t take much to get top marks I reckon!)
Just a suggestion for future update. We have noticed a bug which creates major problems – the custom preloader image. If that becomes a 404 error because the file is no longer there, it creates endless PHP queries and it brought our whole server down. Taken days to work out what the cause was
